The escalation kills about 20 casualties in the last 24 hours because of the escalation of the Russians and the regime and cases of “suffocation” in villages controlled by the regime due to missile targeting

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored increased shelling on Saturday evening the 23rd of March 2019, which targeted areas the Russian – Turkish truce, where the regime forces targeted areas in Jarjanaz town in the eastern countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man city, and areas in al-Karkat village in Jabal Shashabo art the northwest of Hama, which killed 2 children and injured others, also the regime forces shelled areas in the towns of Kafr Zita and al-Lataminah and al-Sayyad village in the northern sector of Hama countryside, the regime also targeted places in the abandoned battalion area east of Idlib, and areas in the villages of al-Khwyn and Om al-Khalakhil in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, while the regime forces shelled areas in Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, and with the fall of more casualties it rose to 18, the number of people who were killed in bombardment by Russian warplanes and by the regime forces during the last 24 hours, they are 15 people including 4 children, 2 women, and 3 members of the Turkestani Islamic Party, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment including 3 unidentified people, and a woman was killed in rocket shelling by the regime forces targeted al-Hawash village in Sahl al-Ghab northwest of Hama, and 2 children were killed in shelling by the regime forces on al-Karkat village in Jabal Shashabo northwest of Hama.
