The security chaos in Idlib continues and extends with more security prosecutions and anonymous killings after the assassination of hundreds of civilians and fighters of different nationalities

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: gunfire was heard in the northeastern countryside of Idlib city, and information received that it was caused by a security patrol of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham chasing members of cells who fled from Idlib central prison after the Russian raids a few days ago against the prison on the outskirts of Idlib city, also a body of a young man on was found on the road of Saraqib – Ariha, as a result of the continuation of insecurity in and around the province, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored 2 separate incidents of security chaos in Idlib countryside which is under the control of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, where the body of a fighter of the factions was found dead by gunfire and thrown on the road between the villages of Taqana and Kafr Basin in the southern countryside of Idlib, and in another context, unidentified gunmen shot at a young man on the road between Ariha city and Saraqib town in Idlib countryside, which killed him instantly, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 22nd of March 2019 that an explosion rocked Idlib city today evening, Friday the 22nd of March 2019, it was caused by an IED explosion near Al-Wehdah School in Idlib city, where the bombing resulted in the killing of a Libyan jihadist, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of the attorney general within the Ministry of Justice of the Rescue Government affected by the injury he had as a result of the explosion of an IED in his vehicle in Bustan Ghannoum neighborhood in Idlib city today, Friday, in the same context, the SOHR documented the killing of a person by gunfire in his house in Idlib city in unknown circumstances so far, raising to 509, the number of people who were killed in the countryside of Idlib, Aleppo, and Hama, since the 26th of April 2018, the date of starting the security chaos to be escalated in the province, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and his son, in addition to 145 civilians including 20 children and 12 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 311 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 50 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian, Turkish and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity.

And the Syrian Observatory published hours ago, that the security chaos continues within Idlib province and the surrounding countryside controlled Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and other factions, despite all the actions taken by these factions, most notably Tahrir al-Sham to limit it, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored 2 consecutive explosions in Idlib city on Friday, 22nd of March 2019, which was caused by an improvised explosive device in a car of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham near al-Jarrah Roundabout in al-Qosur neighborhood in the city, which injured at least 2 members, and the other one was caused by the explosion of an improvised explosive device in a car of the Attorney General of the Ministry of Justice of the Rescue Government in Bustan Ghannoum in the city which injured him, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 21st of March 2019, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a force of Tahrir al-Sham raided the random camps known as the camps of al-Bu Issa, al-Madrasa camp, al-Dahrouj camp, and Kafriya camp, all located on the road of Idlib – Ma’arrat Mesrin, where the raid took place with heavily armed vehicles filled with heavy and medium weapons, and expelled the displaced people there in the random camps, the Syrian Observatory also learned that the ownership of these farmland belongs to the people of Kafriya and al-Fu’ah who were displaced from their towns under a prior agreement, and the Syrian Observatory published on Wednesday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored shooting in Armanaz town in the countryside of Idlib Province, it took place on Tuesday evening, but the information were conflicted about the incident between a family dispute among two families in the town, and between a shooting by a member of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham targeted a members of al-Sham Corps in the town, where the shooting caused injuries, and in the same context, a person died affected by injuries he had in random gunfire when Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham was in pursuit of a wanted in the southern countryside of Idlib a few days ago, and the Syrian Observatory published that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham started today in the early morning, Sunday the 17th of March 2019, to carry out a new security campaign in Idlib city, its vicinity and outskirts as well as other areas within its countryside, in search for escapees from Idlib Central Prison after the airstrikes that targeted it few days ago, and in search for cells of the “Islamic State” organization, in the wake of the ongoing security chaos in Idlib and the countryside related to it, Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham also imposed a curfew in Sarmin town as a part of the same security campaign, while it blocked several roads in the area, where the roads of Idlib – Ariha, Kafr Najd – Filon north of Ariha, Ariha – Saraqeb, have been all blocked, the SOHR also monitored the outbreak of clashes today morning in Al-Mastumah area, between Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham against other gunmen believed to be cells of the “Islamic State” organization.
