After the verbal argument about establishing a Turkish observation post and accusing it of taking protection in Turkey, Tahrir al-Sham prevents Hurras al-Dien from installing artillery to target the regime

The Syrian Observatory published on the 8th of February 2019, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that an agreement was reached their mediators between Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and Hurras al-Dien Organization after yesterday’s tension between both parties in the southern countryside of Aleppo, where they reached an agreement to “form a court with regard to the blood that was shed in the incident, and the perpetrators of the Hurras al-Dien shall be arrested and brought to justice,” while the second item of the agreement stated that “if Hurras al-Dien wanted to carry out executive work inside the desert, this can be done only in coordination with the Desert Sector Department of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham”, and the Syrian Observatory published in the last few hours that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored tensions in the southern part of Aleppo countryside, between Hayyaat Tahrir and the jihadi organization of “Hurras al-Dien”, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: a group of Hurras al-Dien shot a car of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in the southern countryside of Aleppo; after a verbal altercation between both parties, which injured 2 of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, and the Syrian Observatory published on the first of this month that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes and exchange of gunfire after midnight of yesterday, between a group of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham against another group affiliated to the jihadi Organization of Hurras al-Dien, in the al-Maghara village at Jabal al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib, which caused injuries between both parties, but no confirmed information has been received until now about the causes and circumstances of this clash, where sources in the area suggested that the clashes were caused by family disputes between both parties, and that the Syrian Observatory published 2 days ago that the incidents of the security chaos are continuing to come out in Idlib, its vicinity and the countryside connected to it of the other provinces, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored bombing near Al-Jarrah roundabout in Idlib city, amid ambiguity surrounds its reasons, nature and target, while there are talks about detonating an IED in a building in the city, which caused material damage, without information about casualties caused by the explosion so far, while the SOHR monitored that unidentified gunmen shot a member of the Civil Defense, on the road between the areas of Kafr Nasih and Kafr Karmin, in the western countryside of Aleppo, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that a violent explosion was heard in Idlib city, caused by an explosion at the building of the “Prime Minister of the National Rescue Government” near al-Rawdah mosque in the city.
