Relative calm continues in “Putin – Erdogan” demilitarized area for the 5th consecutive day after intense escalation by the regime forces and Russian warplanes killed and injured tens of people

The cautious calm is still the master of situation within areas of the Russian – Turkish truce and the demilitarized area, since after midnight of yesterday until the moment, after a series of shelling and targeting took place on Sunday evening, and this calm comes within the decline of escalation and shelling by the regime forces during the last few days since the death of a woman in the bombing on last Wednesday, and since then; the sporadic shelling targeted Sahl al-Ghab, the northern countryside of Hama, the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and sporadic targeting of mountains of the coast, in addition to the fall of shells launched by both parties on Aleppo city and its western suburbs, following an intense escalation involving Russian warplanes, regime’s warplanes, and forces, which killed and injured tens of people, and the Syrian Observatory published in the past hours that the Syrian Observatory for human Rights monitored violations in the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce today evening, Sunday the 31st of March 2019, represented by rocket shelling by the regime forces on places in Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama, and Tahtaya in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to Kafr Hamra and Al-Leiramon in the suburbs of Aleppo city, while the Syrian Observatory monitored clashes which took place in the areas of Talat Al-Raqim and Tardin in the Syrian coastline within the demilitarized zone, against the backdrop of an attack carried out by the regime forces on positions of the factions in that area, accompanied by exchange of targeting, without information about casualties so far, and the SOHR published hours ago, that it monitored the sound of explosions in the western part of Aleppo city, caused by the fall of shells on areas in Masaken Al-Sabil neighborhood, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, while calm is still imposing itself over the areas of the truce in the 4 provinces (Idlib, Hama, Aleppo and Latakia), interrupted by violations in the truce areas, where the regime forces have targeted by several shells areas in M’aarkaba village in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized zone, but other than that, cautious calm continues to prevail the areas of the truce between the Russians and the Turks, and of Putin – Erdogan areas, hours after the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that the areas of the Turkish – Russian truce in the 4 provinces and of Putin – Erdogan demilitarized zone, are still witnessing continued cautious calm all over them, interrupted by artillery shelling by the regime forces today before noon, targeting areas in the outskirts of Al-Lataminah town in the northern sector of Hama countryside, within the demilitarized area, without information about human losses, and the SOHR published this morning, that relative and cautious calm returned to prevail all of the sectors of the Russian – Turkish truce in Idlib, Aleppo, Latakia and Hama, since yesterday after midnight until now, after a series of shelling which targeted the demilitarized zone yesterday evening.

The SOHR published in the past hours, that it monitored shelling by the regime forces which targeted the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce once again, where the SOHR monitored shelling by the regime forces which targeted areas in Kabanah, Tuffahiyeh and Jabal Al-Akrad, in the northern countryside of Latakia, the regime forces also targeted areas in the villages of Al-Sharia and Al-Huwayz in Sahl Al-Ghab, while the regime forces targeted areas in the lands surrounding Al-Lataminah town, they also targeted areas in the lands surrounding Kafr Zita, in the northern countryside of Hama, while the regime forces shelled places in Kafr Da’el area, in the western countryside of Aleppo, without information about human losses, after the Syrian Observatory monitored hours ago the return of shelling to areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, and in the details monitored by the Syrian Observatory: the regime forces shelled areas in Khan Shaykhun city in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and the regime forces targeted areas in the towns of al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita within the northern countryside of Hama, which caused more material damage but no information about casualties, and this shelling comes after hours of cautious calm accompanied by violations, where the Syrian Observatory published that the cautious calm continues in areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 province and the demilitarized areas of Putin – Erdogan, except for a single breach, where the regime forces targeted using heavy machineguns’ fire areas on the outskirts of al-Khwyn town in the southeastern countryside of Idlib, which caused material damage, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a woman affected by injuries she had in shelling by the regime forces targeted areas in al-Hwaiz village in Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama earlier, but other than that; a cautious calm prevails areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces and the demilitarized areas of both presidents, and with the fall of more casualties it rose to 499, the number of people who were killed since Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 235 civilians including 87 children and 48 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, among them 11 citizens including 3 children, who were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 9 people killed in shelling by Russian warplanes on Idlib Central Prison but they were not known if they were civilians or fighters, and 3 unidentified people were killed in aerial bombardment on Kafriya, and 107 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 30 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 145 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.
