After more than 514 assassinations of civilians, fighters, and leaders, unidentified gunmen kidnap a local leader of a Corps close to Turkish authorities

Idlib Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unknown gunmen abducted after midnight of yesterday a local leader of al-Sham Corps, which is close to the Turkish authorities, in the area between Salwah and Rezita in the northern countryside of Idlib, in a continuation for the security chaos within areas of control of the factions and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in Idlib province and the countryside around it, and the Syrian Observatory published during the past hours that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the security forces of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham carried out an execution against one of the prisoners, and sources confirmed that the execution took place in Jisr Al-Shughr city in the western countryside of Idlib, on charge of belonging to cells that carry out kidnappings and relating to the “Islamic State” organization, while the Syrian Observatory monitored more incidents of security chaos represented by kidnapping 3 persons local sources said that they work in “weapons trafficking”, where they were kidnapped by unidentified gunmen in Saraqeb area in the eastern countryside of Idlib, while the SOHR published on the 15th of March 2019, that Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham is trying to control the continuous security chaos in its areas of control in Idlib and the surrounding countryside, by prosecuting cases and assassinations, arresting the defendants, extracting confessions from them and carrying out the sentences, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham executing 2 people in Maarrat al-Nu’man city in the southern countryside of Idlib, for theft and killing of a cashier in Sarmada town in the northern countryside of Idlib, the Syrian Observatory published on the 2nd of March 2019 that intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that number of people executed by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in front of Fusion Restaurant in Idlib city rose to 10 people, believed to be sleeper cells of the “Islamic State” Organization, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham executing about 8 people, the sources said that they were members of the “Islamic State” organization’s cells, where they were executed in front of “Fusion Restaurant” in al-Debit neighborhood at Idlib city, in which shooting took place yesterday by a person which killed 8 people and injured others, and the Syrian Observatory published that the Syrian Observatory monitored the increase of number of casualties in the violent bombing that hit Idlib city, on the 1st of March of 2019, where it rose to 8 including 6 “jihadi” fighters, the number of people who were killed in the explosion, of which intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that it was caused by a person’s detonation for himself using an explosive belt at “Fusion Restaurant” in al-Debbit neighborhood, after he shot those who were at the restaurant using a light weapon he had, and reliable sources confirmed that fighters of different nationalities of the area’s “jihadis” frequently came to the restaurant.

While the SOHR monitored today, Tuesday the 2nd of April 2019, the continuation of security chaos within Idlib province and the countryside around it, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored on the 2nd of April 2019, the explosion of an IED in al-Atarib town in Aleppo countryside, which caused material damage and confirmed information about injuries, while the Syrian Observatory documented that it rose to 514, the number of people who were killed in the countryside of Idlib, Aleppo, and Hama, since the 26th of April 2018, the date of starting the security chaos to be escalated in the province, they are the wife of an Uzbek commander and another child was with her, and the attorney-general of the Ministry of Justice of the Rescue Government, in addition to 148 civilians including 20 children and 12 women, of who were assassinated through bomb explosions, IED detonations, shooting, abduction, murder and then throwing the bodies in remote areas, and 312 fighters of Syrian nationality belong to Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, al-Sham Corps, the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham, Jaysh al-Izza, and other factions operating in Idlib, and 51 fighters of Somali, Uzbek, Asian, Gulf, Jordanian, Turkish and Caucasian nationalities have been assassinated in the same ways, also the assassination attempts have injured tens of people with varying severity.
