incidents of security chaos within the controlled areas of the pro-Turkey forces of the Operation “Euphrates Shield”, where the SOHR monitored an attack that targeted activists in Al-Bab area in the comes hours after the bombing of Afrin in the north-west of Aleppo, where the SOHR published hours ago, that the violent bombing that hit downtown Afrin city which is controlled by the Turkish Forces and “Olive Branch” operation factions; have caused significant casualties, where the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2 citizens (a man from Afrin and a child) and 20 persons at least were injured, and some of them were transported to hospitals in Turkey for treatment, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation. The Syrian Observatory published hours ago that  a severe explosion was heard in Afrin city in the northwestern countryside of Aleppo, which is under the control of the pro-Turkish factions of “Euphrates Shield” , caused by a booby-trapped explosion near Dirsem Hospital in the Villat Street in the city, which injured several people some of them are in dangerous situations including children, and the explosion caused fires in the area and the ambulances headed to it. This explosion came after a military parade carried out by “Olive Branch” Operation Forces inside Afrin city, during which the they launched slogans in Turkish language and the Turkish flags were raised in the military parade, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 20th of February 2019 that the National Army which operates in the Syrian North and is backed by Turkey, has issued a statement about the new security campaign which comes few weeks after a similar campaign in Aleppo countryside within the controlled areas of the “Euphrates Shield” which was against other factions and battalions at that time, but this time, the campaign targets the drug dealers according to the statement -of which the Syrian Observatory received a copy- and it stated “To our people in the Syrian North, as a completion of the peace campaign launched by the Syrian National Army achieving its firs goal of arresting the corrupted and rebel commanders and groups, a new phase of the campaign starts today, where it is going to work on achieving the second goal through prosecuting and arresting the drug dealers in order to stop their criminality by dealing with their peers of the gangs of the PKK and of the criminal regime in the occupied areas, and as a result it will clean the area and stop their plan to crush the liberated areas through weakening the youth who are the main pillar of building the community, and will cut off a major source of the sources of support and funding which the PKK’s terrorist gangs depend on, the campaign is continuing with its previous and current goals and we appeal to our people in the Liberated North to cooperate with the command of the National Army, so that the campaign achieves the perfect success of its goals”.

Clashes renewed between factions of “Euphrates Shield” and gunmen deployed within areas of the regime forces and YPG in the northern countryside of Aleppo

And reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, that cells of the Kurdish Forces targeted on Sunday, the 10th of February 2019, a Turkish military force on Jandairis road near al-Talaf military base in Jandairis countryside, raising to 2, the number of military operations that targeted the Turkish forces in the past 48 hours, where a targeting operations was carried out on the 8th of February in Jandairis countryside, and intersected sources confirmed that both operations injured 7 members of the Turkish Forces today and yesterday, and information about the death of one of them affected by critical injuries he had, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 5th of March 2019, that it monitored bombings and targeting carried out by the Turkish forces during the past hours, where they targeted areas starting from Tal Rifaat north of Aleppo to al-Ziyara northwest of Aleppo which are controlled by YPG, and this operation followed two explosions that took place in the last 48 hours, where the first explosion killed a member in Shirawa area in the eastern countryside of Afrin, while the second bombing killed at least 8 of the “Olive Branch” Operation Forces and the pro-Turkish factions, and preliminary information was received that among the casualties there is a Turkish soldier, after killing 85 Turkish soldiers on the Syrian territory since the 20th of January 2018, in Afrin area and its surrounding, where they were killed in operations carried out by cells of the Kurdish Forces and factions in the area.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 4th of February 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored renewed fighting in areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo, where the Syrian Observatory monitored clashes between the rebel and Islamic factions on one hand, against gunmen deployed in the areas of presence of the Kurdish forces and the pro-regime gunmen on the other, in Kafr the same sector of Aleppo countryside, which caused material damage, without information about casualties, after clashes that renewed last night, Tuesday, for the second time in 48 hours, between the rebel and Islamic factions against gunmen present in the areas where the Kurdish forces and the pro-regime gunmen are deployed, in areas in Kafr Khasher in the northern sector of Aleppo countryside, amid targeting in the clash areas, while the sound of an explosion was heard in the northern countryside of Aleppo believed to be caused by targeting to a military vehicle of factions of the operation “Euphrates Shield”, while the Syrian Observatory published 72 hours ago, that a landmine exploded in a car belongs to the Free Police and an Islamic Corps close to Turkey, in Mrimin area in the places in the vicinity of the areas of Harbal, Sheikh Issa and the southern countryside of Mare’, accompanied by exchange of targeting in the clash areas between the both parties, and this fighting comes about 2 weeks after similar fighting took place in the northern sector of Aleppo countryside between fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions on one hand, against fighters in the areas where the Pro-regime gunmen and Kurdish forces are deployed on the other, where a member who is not known whether of the Pro-regime gunmen or of the Kurdish forces, was killed at that time.

And the Syrian Observatory published at that time, that it monitored the arrival of military gears heavily armed with heavy and medium weapons and members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them, in the northern countryside of Aleppo, where the positions of the regime forces in Tel Rifaat area are located, and it is not known so far whether the regime forces have brought these reinforcements for a specific purpose, or it is just a process of changing shifts of the checkpoints and posts of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them in the area, and it is noteworthy that the contact areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo are witnessing from time to time, targeting and clashes between the regime forces and their allies against factions operating in the area, the Syrian Observatory published previously that it monitored mobilizations by the regime forces and the Iranian forces and gunmen loyal to them in both northern and north-eastern sectors of Aleppo countryside, where the contact areas with the rebel and Islamic factions which operate in the area and most of which are supported by the Turkish forces, are located, where these mobilizations have started since the beginning of September 2018, through bringing more military reinforcements of tanks, armored vehicles and heavy and medium weapons in addition to fighters, along with the movements of the Syrian opposition of rebel and Islamic factions as well as the Turkish forces’ fortifications to their positions, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the reinforcements that began to arrive in the area since the 2nd of September 2018, of the Iranian forces the regime forces, have reached more than 5000 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them of Syrian, Arab, and Asian nationalities, and tens of vehicles, armored vehicles, and tanks have spread over an areas extending from al-Shahba dam area to the contact lines with Afrin, passing through Om Hosh, Tal Rifaat, Harbel, Ein Daqneh, Menagh airport, Deir Jamal, and the surroundings of Nubl and Zahra, and areas in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo, while areas in the northern countryside of Aleppo witnessed exchange of targeting between the regime forces against the factions in the controlled areas of each of them in the area, and these reinforcements also coincided with the receiving points by Jaysh al-Islam on the contact points with the regime forces in the northern countryside of Aleppo, after a consensus with a faction supported by Turkey for Jaysh al-Islam to receive the points, where Jaysh al-Islam restructured itself and reassembled its forces, while the regime forces are carrying out this mobilizations and fortification in Aleppo countryside, fearing an attack that may target their location in case the battle of Idlib was launched, for which they have mobilized more than 2000 military armored vehicle and tens of thousands of members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, most of them were brought from fronts that previously witnessed clashes against the “Islamic State” organization or the rebel and Islamic factions.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored after midnight of yesterday successive violations in the Turkish – Russian truce areas in Aleppo, Latakia, Idlib, and Hama provinces, where the regime forces shelled after midnight of yesterday places in the towns of al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita, and al-Arba’in village in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, where the regime forces launched several light bombs in the skies of M’aarkbeh village in the same countryside, in conjunction with the opening heavy machineguns’ fire by the regime forces targeting areas in Tal al-Sakhr village in the same sector, while areas in al-Khwyn town and al-Zarzour village in the southeastern countryside of Idlib were under artillery shelling by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday, and in the same context, the regime forces shelled this morning areas in Khalsa village in the southern countryside of Aleppo, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published in the past hours that the regime forces continue to escalate their ground shelling on the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce, where it rose to more than 100, the number of shells and missiles fired by the regime forces on areas in Tahtaya town south of Idlib today evening and after midnight, the regime forces also shelled Al-Lataminah town after the midnight, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago, that it monitored ongoing shelling today evening, Wednesday, by more than 33 rocket shells, within the area of the alleged truce between Russia and Turkey in its 4 sectors, where the regime forces targeted places in Tell Mannas, Jarjnaz and Tahtaya in the southern and south-eastern sectors of Idlib countryside by rocket shells, as well as other places in Lahaya and Al-Buwaydah in the northern sector of Hama countryside, the regime forces also targeted places in Al-Mohandessin countryside within the western countryside of Aleppo by 2 missiles believed to be ground-to-ground, while the Syrian Observatory documented the injury of 3 children as a result of the explosion of a bomb of the remnants of previous shelling on Haritan town north of Aleppo, and the SOHR published hours ago, that areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces and the Putin – Erdogan demilitarized area are still witnessing more violations, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket shelling by the regime forces, targeted places in Hayyan town in the northern countryside of Aleppo, which caused juries, while areas in Morek town and al-Sakhr village in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area were shelled by the regime forces, also factions working in the southeastern countryside of Idlib targeted by mortar shells positions of the regime forces in Tal Maraq area in the same countryside, and information about casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, also a member of the regime forces was killed in a sniper targeting by members of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in Khalsa area at the southern countryside of Aleppo, raising to 577, the number of people who were killed since Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 291 civilians including 98 children and 59 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 20 people including 4 children were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 123 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 40 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 162 members of the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that areas in Khan Shaykhun city, al-Tamanah town, the villages of Tal al-Shih, Tahtaya, Sekyat, and Om Jalal in the southern and southeastern countryside of Idlib were extensively shelled by the regime forces, in conjunction with artillery shelling by the regime forces targeted places in Morek town in the northern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a person affected by injuries he had in shelling by grad missiles by the factions operating in the northwestern countryside of Hama on the 7th of April 2019.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that areas of the Russian – Turkish truce in the 4 provinces witnessed after midnight of yesterday rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces, where they targeted places in Qal’aat al-Madiq town and the villages of Tal Osman and Bab al-Taqa in the northwestern countryside of Hama and other areas in al-Lataminah town, and the villages of al-Janabera and al-Sakhr in the northern countryside of Hama within the demilitarized area, while the regime forces launched artillery shells after midnight of yesterday targeting areas in the towns of Hayyan, Huraytan, and Kafr Hamra north of Aleppo and other areas in al-Khwyn town, al-Zarzour village, and the abandoned battalion east of Idlib, and the villages of Zammar and Jazraya in the southern countryside of Aleppo, but no information about until the moment, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on Tuesday evening, the 9th of April 20198 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored today evening, Tuesday, ongoing shelling within the areas of the alleged truce between the Turks and the Russians and within Putin – Erdogan demilitarized zone, where the regime forces shelled areas in Murak, M’aarkaba, Lahaya, Al-Buwaydah and Al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama, and Al-Sharia north-west of Hama, as well as other places in Jarjnaz, Al-Khuwaiyn and Al-Taman’aa in both southern and south-eastern countryside of Idlib, while the factions fired several rocket shells on places in Halab Al-Jadidah neighborhood in the western sector of Aleppo city which is under the control of the regime forces, accompanied by the fall of explosive bullets on areas in the neighborhood, without information about causing human losses so far, in the same context, the SOHR documented the death of a person affected by the injury he had due to rocket shelling on Saraqeb town east of Idlib on Sunday.
