SDF carry out a new raid operation and arrest people in Deir Ezzor countryside, as discontent continues due to the constant security chaos in the area

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory learned that the Syria Democratic Forces carried out raids on homes in the villages of al-Rez and al-Hawayej in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, searching for wanted people accused of kidnappings, thefts, and looting, amid continuous and escalating resentment among the people living within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas in Deir Ezzor, due to the massive chaos and insecurity in those areas, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 20th of April 2019, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored resentment prevailing among the people in Swidan Jazira village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after killing a man under torture by the Syria Democratic Forces, and in the details obtained the Syrian Observatory: SDF members arrested a person on the 26th of March 2019 in Gharanij town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where he was accused of “belonging to ISIS” and “planning to detonate a booby-trapped vehicle in Gharanij town”, where he was severely beaten during his arrest which broke his arm back then, then he died under torture inside prisons of Syria Democratic Forces, it is noteworthy that the man is one of the people who returned to his village, Swidan Jazira, after the Syria Democratic Forces controlled it, where he displaced from it when the Organization took control of it, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 19th of April 2019 that the security chaos continues within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates River, in conjunction with the large public discontent, and in a new incident under the security chaos; the Syrian Observatory learned that a corpse of a young unidentified man was found, he was beheaded with a sharp object, and the body was thrown on the outskirts of al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, but no information about the reasons and circumstances of his death yet, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours earlier that the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas in the east Euphrates area, are witnessing decline in the operations which are carried out by ISIS-affiliated cells, where reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the reprisals within the “revenge war for al-Sham State” have subsided in the past few days, and they were limited to targeting Arab fighters within the Syria Democratic Forces or civilian contractors in the military, security, and logistic field because of their presence and deployment in the areas in which they reside, while the role of the Kurdish members of the Syria Democratic Forces is limited to training and supervision of the aforementioned fighters, or they are present at headquarters within al-Omar Filed, al-Tank, and Koniko field, and their mission is to protect the American forces or training, and the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas are witnessing increased resentment among the citizens living there, due to the continuation and escalation of the security chaos, and the spread of armed groups that rob and loot the shops and houses day and night, where the gunmen are impersonating the Syria Democratic Forces and make mock patrols, where they raid homes at night and steal them, in conjunction with the a crazy rise in prices at these areas.
