Rebels kill 6 soldiers in Syria’s Hama

On Wednesday, as many as six government forces were murdered when the insurgents conducted a sudden attack in the central province of Hama, a war monitor reported.

An insurgent group with former affiliation to the Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) launched an attack at dawn Wednesday in the al-Ghab Plains area, conflicting with the Syrian forces after sneaking into the targeted area, stated the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The UK-based watchdog group affirmed that three of the insurgents were murdered in the clashes as one rebel exploded his explosive belt.

The death toll from the two parties is expected to increase due to the number of seriously injured fighters.
