About 640 people in Syrian almost half of them are civilians, were killed in April 2019

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 638 people in April 2019, and they were distributed as follows:

Civilian casualties: 297 people including 105 children under the age of eighteen, and 43 women over the age of eighteen, and they were killed as follows:

24 citizens including 4 children and 6 women were killed in bombardment by Russian warplanes.

81 citizens including 19 children and 21 women were killed in bombardment by the regime forces.

3 citizens were killed under torture in the detentions of the regime forces.

6 citizens were executed by the regime forces.

22 citizens including 3 children and 4 women were killed by the factions and SDF.

3 citizens were killed under torture in the prisons of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the Syria Democratic Forces.

2 citizens were executed by Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham.

5 including 2 citizen women were killed in airstrikes by the International Coalition.

26 including 3 children and 4 women were killed in IED explosions and grenades.

23 including 12 children under the age of eighteen and 3 female citizens over the age of eighteen were killed in mine explosions.

One person and one child were killed in clashes between the factions.

2 citizens were killed by the Turkish border guards.

8 citizens were assassinated in deferent areas of Syria.

9 citizens were killed in booby-trapped vehicle explosions.

20 including a child and 2 women were killed in unknown circumstances.

61 children died due to bad health condition, the lack of necessary treatment, and other living conditions.

Fighters of Islamic and repel factions and ISIS and Nusra Front (Qaeda organization of the Levant), and Mujahedeen and al-Ansar Army and Islamic Turkestan Party of non-Syrian nationalities: 96

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented 11 massacres during April 2019, which left 71 civilian casualties including 17 children under the age of eighteen and 20 citizen women over the age of eighteen, where the Russian warplanes committed 3 massacres claiming the lives of 17 citizens including 3 children under the age of eighteen and 4 women over the age of eighteen, and the regime forces through their shells carried out 6 massacres which killed 41 citizens including 14 children under the age of eighteen and 11 women over the age of eighteen, and the factions carried out one massacre claimed the lives of 6 citizens including 3 women over the age of eighteen, also a massacre took place which claimed the lives of 7 citizens including 2 women in landmine explosion planted by the “Islamic State” Organization earlier.

Despite the conferences calling for dialogue and solution, and the UNSC resolution and the unreal truces, the bloodshed continues on the Syrian territory and the killing and fighting continues without peace, and the cease-fire truces are only breaks between the conflicting parties in Syrian, where some parties were winners and others lost influence and control, so, we in the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, reiterates our calls for the international parties to do their utmost efforts to stop the bloodshed of the Syrian people, who faced tyranny and injustice to reach a state of justice, democracy, freedom and equality, and we the Syrian Observatory pledge to continue to monitor and document the massacres, violations, war crimes and crimes against humanity committed against the Syrian people, in addition to the publication  of statistics about them in order to stop the perpetration of these crimes, violations and atrocities against the Syrian people, and to refer the perpetrators of these violations to the concerned courts of the state, so as not to escape their punishment for the crimes they committed against the people who was and still dream of having a state of democracy, freedom, justice and equality for all components of the Syrian people.
