In the highest toll since the start of the most violent escalation…240 airstrikes target Both Hama and Idlib countryside and about 35 persons were killed today within the de-escalation area in the clashes and aerial and ground shelling

The operations of the most violent escalations ever are continuing within the areas of Putin – Erdogan deal, for the 4th consecutive day, amid more raids carried out by the Russian and regime’s warplanes, in conjunction with dropping tens of barrel bombs by helicopters, thus, the 4th day recorded the highest toll, where it rose to 164, the number of explosive barrels which targeted separated areas in both Hama and Idlib since morning, they are: 21 on Hersh Kafrnebbul and its vicinity  and outskirts, 20 on Kafrenbudeh, 16 Qalaat Al-Madiq, 16 on the outskirts and vicinity of Ihsim,11 on the outskirts of Kansafra, 10 on Hazarin, 9 on al-Rakaya, 7 on Karsaa, 6 on Kafr Oweid, 5 on al-Hbit, 4 on Kafr Rumah, 4 on Kafr Zita, 4 on Ma’arzita, 4 on Horsh Hass, 4 on the vicinity of Iblin, 4 on Kafrsajna, 4 on Al-Mastumah, 3 on Al-Sahreyyeh, 2 barrels on each for the outskirts of Al-Fatira, Tremla, Marayan, Heesh, Shannan, the vicinity of Belyon, Deir Senbul, the vicinity Ma’aret Hurmah.

While it rose to 57, the number of Russian raids which targeted separated areas in both Hama and Idlib countryside, they are: 18 raids on the vicinity and outskirts of Kafrnebbul, 3 on the outskirts of Kafrenbudeh north of Hama, 6 on Marj al-Zohour and the outskirts of Janudiyyeh in Jisr al-Shughur countryside, 6 on the vicinity of Mozra area, the vicinity of Ayn Laroz, outskirts of Mahmbel, Wadi Badmaya west of Kafr Owaid, 5 on Al-Bowayb, 4 on Sholin, 3 raids on Qlidin village in Sahl al-Ghab, 3 on Horsh Kafr Rumah, 3 on Qalaat Al-Madiq, and 2 raids on al-Sharia in Sahl al-Ghab and Jub Suleiman and Shahrnaz in Jabal Shashabo, while the regime’s warplanes targeted area by 19 airstrikes since morning, they are: 8 on Al-Hbit, 6 on Qalaat Al-Madiq, 3 on the outskirts of Hazarin, and 2 on Kafr Nabudah.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has documented the highest death toll since the start of the most violent escalation ever within the areas of Putin – Erdogan agreement on the 30th of April 2019, where 32 persons were killed in the aerial and ground shelling and clashes, including 16 citizens among them 5 women and a child girl, who were killed in the today’s aerial and rocket shelling, they are: 4 persons including a woman who were killed due to the helicopters’ bombardment in Ihsim town in Jabal Al-Zawiya, a citizen who was killed due to the barrels which targeted Al-Hbit, a woman and her daughter in the helicopters’ bombardment on Al-Sahriyyeh, a person who was killed due to the barrels which targeted Al-Mastumah, 4 persons including 2 citizen women killed in the Russian bombardment on Al-Bowayb, 4 members of the jihadi factions in the Russian bombardment on their areas in Hama and Idlib, 2 citizens in targeting by the regime forces by a guided missile and rocket shelling on Qalaat Al-Madiq town and its outskirts, a fighter of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham who was killed in the ground shelling on Kafr Zita, 3 fighters of the factions during clashes against the regime forces in Qalaat Al-Madiq, also 8 members of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them were killed in clashes, shelling and targeting operations.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 63, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin-Erdogan agreement, and they are: 35 civilians including 2 children and 9 citizen women, where 10 of them including 3 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 14 including 4 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 4 woman were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 7 people including a woman were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, while at least 13 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 12 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the heaviest continuous escalation on its 13th day, to 217 persons in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 3rd of May 2019, they are 84 civilians including 15 children and 20 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 4 civilians casualty was killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 33 of the jihadi groups were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 78 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019 and the 2nd of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 592 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 321 civilians including 86 children under the age of eighteen and 77 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 28 people including 6 children under the age of eighteen and 5 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 104 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 54 fighters of the “jihadis” and 167 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 822 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 402 civilians including 118 children and 89 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 31 people including 6 children and 5 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 171 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 81 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 249 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
