Security chaos continues within SDF areas east Euphrates through new killing targeted a person in al-Hesan town

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new incident of the continuous security chaos in the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, where unidentified gunmen shot a man from al-Hesan village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, which killed him immediately then they fled away, raising to 285 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people killed in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 78 civilians including a woman in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 203 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human monitored the injury of tens of people due to these assassinations.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 28th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the explosion of a landmine in a vehicle of a commander of Deir Ezzor Military Council of the Syria Democratic Forces, near the town of al-Suwar town in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which killed 3 of the commander’s escorts and seriously injured him, and this comes within the continued activity of ISIS cells within “revenge war for al-Sham State” against the Syria Democratic Forces in the east Euphrates area.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new assassination against members of the Syria Democratic Forces, on Friday evening, where armed men believed to be from the “Islamic State” organization shot at members from the Syria Democratic Forces in Tayyana town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which caused casualties, where 4 SDF members were killed and others were injured, and this comes as a part of the continuation of ISIS cells for their conquest of “war revenge for al-Sham State” against the Syria Democratic Forces.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 26th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a demonstration in al-Daman village in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, protesting against the killing of civilians yesterday in the Mashikh village by a force of the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces, demanding to hold the killers accountable, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the demonstration extended to al-Busayrah city, which is witnessing increased discontent by people of the city against the Syria Democratic Forces, while the Syrian Observatory published on Thursday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the International Coalition carried out at midnight of yesterday an airdrop operation, in Mashikh village near al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor near a home of a civilians in the village, with the support of a ground force of the Syria Democratic Forces, where the owner of the house was targeted with his family by bullets which caused casualties, where the owner of the house and 2 of his sons were killed in addition to his son’s pregnant wife.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on Thursday that the demonstrations continue for the second consecutive day in the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas in Deir Ezzor Province, where the Syrian Observatory monitored a mass demonstration in al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where the demonstration was against the Syria Democratic Forces in which the demonstrators raised banners some of them read: “today demonstration, tomorrow uprising” and “no for the Kurdish occupation,” also another demonstration against SDF took place in M’eizileh village in the northern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and these demonstrations come within the “Arab – Kurdish congestion” according to demonstrators, they also come in the light of chaos and the great insecurity in the areas, which in turn until stand powerless until the moment and cannot control it, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday Wednesday, that the escalating popular discontent continues in the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored demonstrations in the towns of al-Kasra and Mhimideh, and the villages of al-Jninah and al-Hesan in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor which are under control of the Syria Democratic Forces, protesting against the deteriorating security conditions, the high prices, and the continuation of transfer oil by the Syria Democratic Forces to their controlled areas in al-Hasaka, where members from the Syria Democratic Forces shoot in the air to disperse the demonstration in al-Hesan village, but residents took out their weapons, expelled them from the village, and set up checkpoints to prevent the oil tankers and cars of the Syria Democratic Forces from passing, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 20th of April 2019, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored resentment prevailing among the people in Swidan Jazira village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, after killing a man under torture by the Syria Democratic Forces, and in the details obtained the Syrian Observatory: SDF members arrested a person on the 26th of March 2019 in Gharanij town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where he was accused of “belonging to ISIS” and “planning to detonate a booby-trapped vehicle in Gharanij town”, where he was severely beaten during his arrest which broke his arm back then, then he died under torture inside prisons of Syria Democratic Forces, it is noteworthy that the man is one of the people who returned to his village, Swidan Jazira, after the Syria Democratic Forces controlled it, where he displaced from it when the Organization took control of it, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 19th of April 2019 that the security chaos continues within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates River, in conjunction with the large public discontent, and in a new incident under the security chaos; the Syrian Observatory learned that a corpse of a young unidentified man was found, he was beheaded with a sharp object, and the body was thrown on the outskirts of al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, but no information about the reasons and circumstances of his death yet, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours earlier that the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas in the east Euphrates area, are witnessing decline in the operations which are carried out by ISIS-affiliated cells, where reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the reprisals within the “revenge war for al-Sham State” have subsided in the past few days, and they were limited to targeting Arab fighters within the Syria Democratic Forces or civilian contractors in the military, security, and logistic field because of their presence and deployment in the areas in which they reside, while the role of the Kurdish members of the Syria Democratic Forces is limited to training and supervision of the aforementioned fighters, or they are present at headquarters within al-Omar Filed, al-Tank, and Koniko field, and their mission is to protect the American forces or training, and the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas are witnessing increased resentment among the citizens living there, due to the continuation and escalation of the security chaos, and the spread of armed groups that rob and loot the shops and houses day and night, where the gunmen are impersonating the Syria Democratic Forces and make mock patrols, where they raid homes at night and steal them, in conjunction with the a crazy rise in prices at these areas.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 18th of April 2019 that the “Islamic State” organization through its cells continues its operations against the Syria Democratic Forces within the “revenge war of the Sham State” in the east Euphrates area, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored after midnight of yesterday an attack carried out by armed men believed to belong to the organization’s cells using machineguns and RPG shells, where they targeted a checkpoint of the Syria Democratic Forces at the road between the villages of Abu al-Nitel  and al-Nmaliye in the northern Countryside of Deir Ezzor, but no information about on the number of casualties yet, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 15th of April 2019 that unknown explosion pounded the house of a person in Al-Shaafah town which is under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, which resulted in the death of a person with his 2 wives, it is noteworthy that the SDF allowed the people of Al-Shaafah to return to their town and houses 2 days ago, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 12th of April 2019, that operations of cells of the “Islamic State” organization continue within the “revenge war for al-Sham state”, where the Syrian Observatory monitored a new targeting by gunmen believed to be of ISIS cells who targeted by machine guns a car belongs to the Syria Democratic Forces in al-Sabha village in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, which injured several members, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the security chaos still hits the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas north and northeast of Syria, where the IEDs, assassinations, and attacks of the gunmen have become a daily threat to the residents in these areas, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the finding of a body of an unidentified man dead and thrown in al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, but no information about the circumstances and causes of his death until the moment, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that unidentified gunmen attacked after midnight of yesterday headquarters of the Syria Democratic Forces, in the municipality building in al-Tayyana town located in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, but no information about casualties yet, and this comes as a part of the escalating attacks by the “Islamic State” organization against SDF, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 11th of April 2019 that the targeting by the “Islamic state” Organization’s cells continue after declaring the “revenge war for al-Sham State” targeting sites and points of the Syria Democratic Forces at the east Euphrates area, where unidentified gunmen believed to be of the Organization’s cells attacked a house in al-Rez village in the countryside of Deir Ezzor, which is under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces, where the attackers shot using an individual weapon on 2 brothers members of the Syria Democratic Forces, which killed them instantly and injured a third brother of them, raising the number of people who were killed as a result of revenge operations to 277 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 77 civilians including a woman in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 196 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human monitored the injury of tens of people due to these assassinations.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an attack carried out by unidentified gunmen believed to be of cells of the “Islamic State” Organization yesterday night, where they attacked with machineguns targeting a headquarter of the Syria Democratic Forces in Thiban town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor then the attackers fled, and no information about casualty until the moment, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 10th of April 2019 that cells of the “Islamic State” Organization; carried out a new operation within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas east of Euphrates River, where armed fighters believed to be of the organization’s cells attached with machineguns and RPG shells a checkpoint of the Syria Democratic Forces on the outskirts of al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor after midnight of yesterday, which injured several SDF members, and this new process comes after a series of operations carried out yesterday within the “revenge war for al-Sham State”, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 9th of April 2019 that unidentified gunmen assassinated a member of the Syria Democratic Forces with a silencer gun, while he was working at al-Hawayej crossing in Deir Ezzor countryside, raising the number of people who were killed as a result of the revenge operations to 275 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 77 civilians including a woman in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 194 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human monitored the injury of tens of people due to these assassinations.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory monitored that unknown gunmen believed to be cells of the “Islamic State” Organization, attacked by RPG shells a position of the Syria Democratic Forces in the irrigation channel of Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, but no information about casualties, and this comes as a part of the continuous attacks by ISIS cells in the east Euphrates area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that cells of the “Islamic State” Organization continue their activities within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, and creating more chaos through continuous targeting and explosions carried out wherever and whenever these cells want, as the Syria Democratic Forces are unable until the moment to control security in the area, which is drowned in security chaos, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the assassination of a member of the Syria Democratic Forces, where he was shot on road of Deir Ezzor – al-Hasaka by gunmen of cells of the “Islamic State” Organization, and in the same context, gunmen from the organization’s cells attacked after midnight of yesterday a headquarters of the self-defense of the Syria Democratic Forces, in the carpet factory at al-Busayrah town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, where clashes took place between both parties and the attackers fled.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 8th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the explosion of IED yesterday evening, Sunday, in Abu al-Hasan town in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the IED targeted a car of the Syria Democratic Forces in the town killing 3 members immediately and injuring others, and this process comes as a part of the continuation of revenge by cells of the “Islamic State” Organization for their successive losses since the Syria Democratic Forces supported by forces of the International Coalition announced the battle to defeat the Organization, and in the same context, a demonstration was carried out in Shaqra village in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor, which is under the control of Syria Democratic Forces, protesting the “insecurity, frequent thefts, looting, and house raids by gunmen dressed as Syria Democratic Forces”.

And although the “Islamic State” Organization was fully ended as a dominant military force in the east Euphrates area, especially within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas which extend from Manbij to the Syrian-Iraqi border, the Organization’s activity continues in the form of cells operating within the aforementioned areas, through carrying out bombings, attacks, assassinations, and murders, against civilians, fighters, and members of the Syria Democratic Forces and the internal security forces “Asayish”, by cells which the sources of the Syrian Observatory suggested that there are between 4000 to 5000 members in villages, towns, and cities controlled by Syria Democratic Forces, who have infiltrated earlier to these areas and formed sleeper cells, some of which follow the “Islamic State” Organization while others follow or pushed by regional parties, to spread chaos in the area and target the Syria Democratic Forces and their controlled areas,  the Syrian Observatory published on the 31st of August 2018 that the information it obtained from several reliable sources, confirming that tens of volunteers east of Euphrates have left the ranks of the forces working in conscription within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: tens of volunteers in the Self-Defense Forces which consists of forcibly recruited forces, volunteer, and administrators have voided their contracts with these forces, fearing retaliation by the ISIS-affiliated cells, which began with leaflets distributed in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, on the 19th of August 2018 in al-Zerr village east of Deir Ezzor, and the reliable sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory that the people who volunteered in the self-defense duty and worked on different tasks, with a contract of 23 months and a salary of 115,000 Syrian pounds, in exchange for dismissing some of them at the same time of the self-defense duty, have voided their contracts and stayed in their homes, fearing assassination by the “Islamic State” organization, which threatened the regime and its loyal gunmen and the Syria Democratic Forces, to “take revenge” of them and all who deal with them especially in the oil business, these cells also attempted to expanded the Organization’s controlled areas in its enclave east of Euphrates; by participating in disrupting the ranks of the Syria Democratic Forces through carrying out attacks in conjunction with the Organization’s attacks from its enclave east of Euphrates.

The Syrian Observatory also monitored on the 22nd of August of 2018, the “Islamic State” organization carrying out the first revenge operation of the oil in Deir Ezzor Province, within the areas it lost to the Syria Democratic Forces and the International Coalition, where a member of the sleeper cells of the “Islamic State” Organization detonated himself in a booby-trapped motorcycle, targeting a car of one of the people working in the oil field and deals with the Syria Democratic Forces, which killed the suicide bomber and seriously injured the man, the detonation took place in Thiban area on the east banks of Euphrates River near the conjunction leading to al-Omar oilfield, while the Syrian Observatory also published on the 21st of August 2018, that the organization is moving through its sleeper cells in cities, towns and villages controlled by the SDF, through leaflets threatening and warning against dealing with the regime or SDF,  and the Syrian Observatory published on the 19th of August 2018 that it monitored the “Islamic State” organization distributing paper leaflets and sticking them in al-Zerr village under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces east of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, the leaflets bear a circulation from the organization in “al-Khair State”, it says:

“” We all know that the oil wells that are under the power of the Caliphate or are in their close proximity are the property of the Islamic State and their incomes go to all Muslims, therefore, those who dare to steal or fight who are in charge of them by force shall be sorry, and they will be dealt with in a powerful and firm manner in accordance with the Sharia of the Lord of the World, and those who were seduced by the devil and become one of the slaves of the atheist Kurds guarding their wells with arms and contributing to the development of their economy; we believe that it is a form of the blasphemy-leading loyalty and we will kill whomever we can of them, so we recommend repentance and return to ALLAH, before the regret becomes useless.”, and this threat came in the wake of the retreats by the “Islamic State” organization in the eastern Euphrates, where the organization only controls an enclave stretching from Hajin to al-Baghuz on the eastern banks of Euphrates River in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, also the organization still remain as sleeper cells in a separate areas in the countryside Deir Ezzor and its Desert west of Euphrates, and from time to time they carry out attacks targeting oil wells, oilfields or residences that are located in the fields, which are controlled by the International Coalition and the Syria Democratic Forces.
