More airstrikes and missiles on the “de-escalation” areas raise the death toll during the 11th day of the most violent escalation to 7, including 2 women and 2 children.
The Russian and Syrian warplanes and helicopters carried out more raids on areas in the countryside of Hama and Idlib, where the Russian warplanes carried out 2 raids targeting areas in al-Naqir village in the southern countryside of Idlib, raising to 34, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes since midnight of yesterday until now, and they are: 6 on al-Hbit, 6 on al-Qassabiyyeh, 2 on each of Sheikh Mustafa, Kabana, the vicinity of Sehyan, Kafrsajna, and Rakaya Sajna, north of Kafr Nubl, outskirts of al-Naqir, Maarzita, Kafr Zita, and Ma’arrat al-Sin, also the helicopters dropped several barrel bombs on areas in Ma’aret Hurmah, and the villages of Madaya, Tremla, Sheikh Mustafa, Maarzita, and Tal Aas in the southern countryside of Idlib, raising to 38, the number of barrel bombs dropped by the helicopters since the morning, and they are: 14 on al-Hbit town south of Idlib, in addition to 8 barrel bombs targeted outskirts and surroundings of Kafr Nabudah in the northern countryside of Hama, and 4 barrel bombs on Tal Aas, and 2 barrel bombs on each of Madaya, al-Sheikh Mustafa, Ma’aret Hurmah, Maarzita, Tremla, and Kafr Ain.
Also it rose to 52, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes since this morning on areas in the countryside of Hama and Idlib, and they are: 11 on the outskirts and surroundings of Kafr Nabudah, 12 on al-Hbit, 8 on al-Qassabiyyeh, 8 on Khan Shaykhun, and 3 raids on each of Rakaya Sajna, Ma’aret Hurmah, Kafrsajna, and the vicinity Maarrat al-Nu’man, and one raid on Kafr Nubl, also the regime forces targeted by about 70 rocket shells areas in Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib and al-Ankawi village in Sahl al-Ghab, in addition to tens of shells that launched by the regime forces since dawn of today targeting al-Hbit, al-Qassabiyyeh, and other places south of Idlib, Sahl al-Ghab, and Jabal Shahshabu.
In the same context, killed a child died affected by injuries he had in shelling by Russian warplanes on places in Ma’arrat al-Sin village in Idlib countryside, raising to 7, the number of people who were killed on the 11th day of the heaviest air and ground escalation within the “de-escalation” area, they are: 3 including a citizen woman were killed in airstrikes by regime warplanes on Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, a woman and a child were killed in rocket shelling by the regime forces on Kafr Nubl town, a child was killed in shelling by Russian warplanes on areas in Maaret al-Sin village, and a citizen was killed in bombardment by the Russian warplanes on Kafr Zita town.
And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 261, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin-Erdogan agreement, and they are: 103 civilians including 14 children and 28 citizen women, and they are 31 including 5 female children and 8 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 21 including 7 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 32 including 7 women, 5 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 18 people including 5 women and a child were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and a civilian was killed in shelling by the factions of al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 86 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 72 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.
And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the heaviest continuous escalation on its 18th day, to 413 persons in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 10th of May 2019, they are 152 civilians including 28 children and 37 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 5 civilians casualties were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 104 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 138 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.
And during the period between the 15th of February 2019 and the 10th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 789 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 390 civilians including 98 children under the age of eighteen and 94 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 29 people including 6 children under the age of eighteen and 5 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 172 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 110 fighters of the “jihadis” and 227 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1019 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 471 civilians including 130 children and 107 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 32 people including 6 children and 5 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 239 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 125 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 309 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
