More than 10 mostly children were killed and injured due to rocket shells that targeted Al-Suqaylabiyah and the warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” return to target the “de-escalation” area after long hours of their absence from the skies of the area

The Russian warplanes returned to target the “de-escalation” area once again after long ours of their absence from the skies of the area, where they targeted by a number of raids today at noon, places in Al-Hbit town in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, in the same context, the factions fired several rocket shells on areas in Al-Suqaylabiyah town in the western sector of Hama countryside which under the control of the regime forces, which resulted in the fall of human losses, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 3 children and the injury of 8 other persons mostly children, while the regime forces fired more than 10 shells on Shir Mghar village where some of the shells fell in the area of the Turkish observation post there, without information about casualties so far.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 293, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin-Erdogan agreement, and they are: 112 civilians including 19 children and 29 citizen women, and they are 33 including 7 female children and 9 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 22 including 7 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 33 including 7 women, 5 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 20 people including 5 women and a child were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and a civilian was killed in shelling by the factions of al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 95 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 86 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the heaviest continuous escalation on its 21st day, to 446 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 11th of May 2019, they are 162 civilians including 32 children and 39 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 8 civilians casualties including 3 children were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 113 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 152 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019 and the 11th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 822 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 400 civilians including 102 children under the age of eighteen and 97 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 32 people including 9 children under the age of eighteen and 5 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 181 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 114 fighters of the “jihadis” and 241 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1052 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 481 civilians including 134 children and 109 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 35 people including 9 children and 5 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 248 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 129 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 323 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
