More barrel bombs are showered on areas in Idlib countryside and members of the pro-Turkey factions cross to Idlib countryside heading to Hama countryside to repel the regime forces’ attack

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that tens of fighters that operate within the “Euphrates Shield” have crossed to Idlib province today the 12th of May 2019, coming from the northern countryside of Aleppo, with the purpose of participating in the raged clashes in the northern countryside of Hama, and according to the information obtained by the Syrian observatory for Human Rights; about 200 fighters of the National Liberation Front have crossed today to Idlib coming from the areas of the operations “Euphrates Shield and Olive Branch”, and many of them are descended from Sahl Al-Ghab area in Hama countryside, who were displaced previously by Haayyat Tahrir Al-Sham, and reliable sources confirmed that Haayyat Tahrir Al-Sham allowed them to enter and provided that their headquarters to be within the areas of Hama countryside, not to set any checkpoints of them on the road and to be stationed in the contact areas with the regime forces in Hama countryside side by side with the fighters of Tahrir Al-Sham.

And with reference to the aerial bombardment, the helicopters dropped more barrel bombs on areas in Al-Hbit town in the southern countryside of Idlib, raising to 40, the number of barrel bombs dropped on the countryside of Hama, Idlib and Latakia, they are: 14 barrels on Kabanah area within Jabal Al-Akrad, 22 barrels on Al-Hbit, and 2 barrels on each of Abdeen and Al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl Al-Ghab, and the Russian warplanes have carried out 12 raids on the “de-escalation” area today, Sunday, they are: 4 raids on Midan Ghazal village within Jabal Shashabo, 2 raids on each of Kafr Ayn, Madaya, Lahaya and Al-Hbit within the southern sector of Idlib countryside, and about the ground shelling, the regime forces targeted by tens of rocket shells, areas in the villages of Kafr Ain and Tel A’as in the southern countryside of Idlib, raising to 100 the number of rocket and artillery shells fired since morning on the areas of the Russian – Turkish truce 60 of which have targeted the area of Kabanah today morning.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 299, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, and they are: 118 civilians including 21 children and 30 citizen women, and they are 33 including 7 female children and 9 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 22 including 7 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 33 including 7 women, 5 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 23 people including 5 women and a child were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 7 citizens including 5 children and a woman were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 95 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 86 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the heaviest continuous escalation on its 21st day, to 452 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 12th of May 2019, they are 168 civilians including 34 children and 40 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 11 civilians casualties including 5 children and a citizen woman were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 113 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 152 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019 and the 11th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 828 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 406 civilians including 104 children under the age of eighteen and 98 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 35 people including 11 children under the age of eighteen and 6 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 181 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 114 fighters of the “jihadis” and 241 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1058 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 487 civilians including 136 children and 110 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 38 people including 11 children and 6 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 248 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 129 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 323 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
