By a ground and intense aerial shelling, the regime forces continue their attacks in Jabal Shashabo, Sahl al-Ghab, and Latakia mountains, and warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” target the “de-escalation” area

The clashes continue at a violent pace within the coast of the mountains, Sahl al-Ghab, and Jabal Shashabo between Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and the factions against the regime forces supported by their loyal gunmen, in a continuous attack by the regime forces on the Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad and other areas in Jabal Shashabo and Sahl al-Ghab, with a cover of continuous land and air shelling, where the regime’s helicopters dropped more barrel bombs on Kabani area in conjunction with raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes on the area, amid heavy ground shelling by tens of shells and missiles, while regime’s warplanes carried out 3 raids on Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, 3 raids on al-Hwaiz in Sahl al-Ghab, and 2 raids on Kafrsajna, while warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” carried out 2 raids on the outskirts of Tremla village, also the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on the villages of Qara Jern and Hwaiz in Hama countryside, but no information about human casualties until now.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 414, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, and they are: 147 civilians including 25 children and 32 citizen women, and they are 33 including 7 female children and 9 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 24 including 7 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 42 including 7 women, 6 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 28 people including 5 women and a child were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 14 citizens including 6 children and a woman were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 146 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 121 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the heaviest continuous escalation on its 24th day, to 567 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 15th of May 2019, they are 197 civilians including 39 children and 43 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 24 civilians casualties including 9 children and 4 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 164 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 187 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019 and the 15th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 943 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 435 civilians including 109 children under the age of eighteen and 101 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 48 people including 15 children under the age of eighteen and 9 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 232 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 146 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 276 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1173 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 516 civilians including 141 children and 113 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 51 people including 15 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 299 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 161 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 358 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
