Cautious calm prevails al-Sanamayn town after clashes between unknown gunmen and the regime forces in the security box killed a civilian

Daraa Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory documented the death of an old man affected by wounds he had in shooting during clashes between unknown gunmen and the regime forces in the security box in al-Sanamayn town, while the cautious calm prevails the town amid bringing military reinforcements by the regime forces to the town, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory monitored that unknown gunmen believed to belong to the so-called “Popular Resistance” attacked positions of the regime forces in the security box in al-Sanamayn town, where shooting was heard and information about casualties in the ranks of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, it worth mentioning that al-Sanamayn town has been witnessing a siege since about 4 days by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where intersected sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that the regime forces has been preventing the entry and exit of staff to and from al-Sanamayn town, in addition to preventing the workers from going out to work in the capital and prevent the entry of foodstuffs.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 16th of May 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several reliable sources that one of the military checkpoints of the security branches in the capital Damascus; arrested a “former leader of opposition factions” in Daraa province southern of Syria, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the arrest took place against the backdrop of personal lawsuits against the leader filed by members from the army, who were killed in the past years in clashes at Daraa province, and the sources added to the Syrian Observatory that the arrest took place despite the “settlement and reconciliation” the leader already had, and the fact that he joined the ranks of the 4th division of the regime forces.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory monitored a new incident in the context of the continuous security chaos in Daraa province, which is controlled by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where the Syrian Observatory learned that on Wednesday, the 15th of May 2019, several members of regime forces’ criminal security members were killed and injured during an arrest operation in al-Sanamin city in the eastern countryside of Daraa, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: a patrol of the criminal security members entered al-Sanamin city in a civilian car to arrest a brother of a leader in the factions, who carried out a settlement earlier and his cousin, where the situation developed to a clash between families of the detainees and between members of the patrol, during an attempt by the last mentioned to arrest the leader, and in the clashes 2 members of the patrol were killed and 3 others were injured, in addition to confiscating the car by the people, amid tense situation prevailing in the area.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 9th of May 2019 that the assassinations and targeting continue in Daraa Province, targeting leaders and members of the former factions that carried out “reconciliation and settlements” in addition to the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them and people who cooperate with them, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the explosion of an IED after midnight of yesterday in the Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city, targeting the car of the “former Free Police commander” in Daraa al-Balad, back when the factions controlled the area, where he was killed in the explosion along with another person, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 3rd of May, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unknown gunmen believed to be from the “Popular Resistance” assassinated by a former member of “Jaysh al-Moataz” faction which carried out a “settlement and reconciliation” after the regime controlled Daraa, where the assassination took place in Tafas town in the countryside of Daraa by gunfire causing his immediate death, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 29th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory monitored new assassination within the continuous targeting and operations in Daraa Province, amid increased chaos and security chose, where unidentified gunmen shot at a former fighter of the factions who carried out “reconciliation and settlement”, on the toad of al-Muzayrib west of Daraa, which killed him immediately, and the Syrian Observatory published on Monday morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the finding of a body of a man, he was killed by a gunshot and thrown on the road to Adwan town in the western countryside of Daraa, where intersected sources confirmed that he was a member of the air intelligence of the regime, and this comes as part of the continuation of operations by the “Popular Resistance” in Daraa province against the regime forces and their collaborators, in addition to members of the “reconciliation” factions, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 26th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new incident of security chaos in Daraa Province, which is controlled by the regime forces and their loyal militias, where a body of fighter of factions who refused to displace and carried out a reconciliation was found at dawn of today, Friday, dead and thrown near a checkpoint of the regime forces on al-Arad road in the vicinity of Tafas town in Daraa countryside, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published in the 24th of April 2019 that assassinations are still continuing in the whole province of Daraa most of which target the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them and the factions of “reconciliations and settlements”, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new assassination in Daraa countryside which targeted a former commander in the factions who carried out a “reconciliation” after the regime forces had imposed their control over the province, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory; gunmen believed to be of the “Popular Resistance” have shot a former commander in the faction Jaysh Al-Mu’tazz Billah in Al-Muzayrib town in the western countryside of Daraa, which caused his instant death, and the SOHR published today morning, Wednesday the 24th of April 2019, that the chaos continues in Daraa province, as the regime forces and their loyal militias are unable to control the security chaos in Daraa Province, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the finding of 2 bodies thrown on the outskirts of Tafas town in Daraa countryside with gunshot wounds, but no information about the causes and circumstances of their deaths yet, and in the same context, the cautious calm returned to control al-Sanamin city in Daraa countryside, after the intense shootings in the city on Tuesday evening, about which the information were conflicted whether it was a renewed attack by the Popular Resistance on checkpoints and positions of the regime forces, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that members of the Russian-established 5th Corps; which is mostly includes former fighters of factions who carried out “reconciliations and settlements”, had arrested a man from Sahem al-Golan town in the western countryside of Daraa accusing him with “working in money collecting for Jaysh Khalid Ibn al-Walid” when it used to control areas in Yarmouk Basin, it worth mention that the man was arrested by the regime forces earlier and then he was released later after four months, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 22nd of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new assassination against the factions of the “reconciliations and settlements” in Daraa province, where unidentified gunmen in Daraa Al-Balad in Daraa city opened fire today evening, Monday, targeting a former fighter of the factions of those who carried out a reconciliation after the regime forces had imposed their control over Daraa, which caused his death, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday evening, Sunday, that unidentified gunmen targeted today evening, Sunday, the house of a person who is in connect with the Air Force Intelligence of the regime forces in Tafas town in Daraa countryside, where the house was targeted by a grenade followed by gunfire of machineguns, without information about casualties so far, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning, that it monitored a new assassination targeted a faction leader who carried out “reconciliation and settlement” after the regime forces controlled Daraa province, where unknown gunmen assassinated after midnight of yesterday a former leader in Jaysh al-Mutaz of the rebel factions in Tafas town, who carried out a “settlement” with the regime forces after they controlled Daraa province, and then he joined the “5th Corps” which was formed by Russia, where he was shot in Tafas town which killed him, it worth ,mentioning that the former leader -who was assassinated- threatened one week ago a checkpoints of the regime forces to attack it “if they continue to harass civilians passing on the checkpoint,” and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published in the 20th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored that unidentified gunmen shot at a car of a member of “Baath Party Division Command” in al-Sanamin town in Daraa countryside, which caused material damage but no information about casualties, as a part of the continued operations by what has become known as the “Popular Resistance” all over Daraa province, where the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored writings on the walls of al-Mata’eiya town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, which read “a rebel never dies, we will carry on” and “down with Assad, dogs of al-Baath; you are the target of the Popular Resistance, down with al-Baath” and “down with Idols worshipers,” and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 17th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that members of the air intelligence services of regime’s security branches; carried out new raids dawn on the 17th of April 2019, where they raided homes of former faction fighters who carried out “reconciliation and settlements” in Dael town in the mid-sector countryside of Daraa, but no information yet about arrests, and the Syrian Observatory published 2 days ago the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that patrols of the “criminal security” within the regime forces’ intelligence carried out a raid today, Sunday, in Abtaa town in the middle sector of Daraa countryside, where they  arrested many persons of those who carry cards of “settlements and reconciliations” and they were taken to the detachment, without information so far about the reasons for arresting them, and the SOHR published yesterday, Saturday, that the military security branch of the regime forces arrested about 2 days ago a former fighter of the rebel factions, who previously reconciled with the regime forces when the latter took control of Daraa province, and they took him to an unknown destination, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 12th of April 2019 that the the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented a new assassination in Daraa province in the wake of the continued security chaos in it through ongoing targeting operations and detonations against the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them as well as the “reconciliation” factions and figures related to them, where unidentified gunmen have assassinated the preacher of a mosque in al-Hrak town in the eastern sector of Dara  countryside, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday, Thursday, that the security chaos continues in Daraa province and takes several forms, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored clashes between members of 2 former rebel factions, one of whom joined the 4th Division of the regime forces and the other joined the military security, after the regime forces and militias loyal to them controlled Daraa province following the “reconciliations and settlements”, and clashes took place between both parties at the junction of Khrab al-Shahem in the western countryside of Daraa, and several people of both parties were injured, and the Syrian Observatory learned that the clashes came after previous disagreements between both groups, and in the same context, the Air Force intelligence of the regime forces raided yesterday night a house of a former member of the rebel factions in Dael town in the middle countryside of Daraa and they arrested him, it worth mentioning that he had a “reconciliation and settlement,” but no information about the reasons for this arrest, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an attack by unknown gunmen believed to be of the “Popular Resistance,” targeted by 2 RPG shells the building of al-Baath Party in Daraa al-Mahatta in Daraa city after midnight of yesterday, which caused material damage but no information about casualties until the moment, also intense gunfire was heard yesterday night in Sahm al-Golan town west of Daraa, but no information about the causes so far.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 9th of April 2019, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a child under the age of eighteen as a result of the explosion of a landmine in him in Al-Manshiya neighborhood in Daraa Al-Balad in Daraa city, while the SOHR learned that the Air Force Intelligence of the regime forces arrested a person in Sheikh Miskin town in the western countryside of Daraa, without information so far about the reasons for arresting him, where he was the “chairman of the town’s Local Council” during the factions’ control over the town, and the SOHR published yesterday, Monday, that the regime forces carried out a raid and arrest operation in Ghabagheb town in Daraa countryside, where at least 4 people were arrested in the town, they are a civilian and 3 factions of the “reconciliation and settlement” and they were taken to an unknown destination, but no information about reasons of the arrest until the moment, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory monitored writings on walls of a building in Msifra town in Daraa countryside, they read “You will regret, Our honors are red line, al-Msifra -people- are coming,” and these writings come after several days of raids by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them; for houses of former commanders of the factions who were displaced to the Syrian north, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 6th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces and the gunmen loyal to them in the eastern countryside of Daraa, strengthening their checkpoints and headquarters, raising dirt barriers and fortifying their positions, for fear of new attacks by unidentified gunmen, after carrying out a number of attacks in the recent weeks and months which targeted the regime forces and their allies in the area, in addition to targeting and liquidation operations and assassination attempts that targeted tens of their members and former members and commanders in the factions which used to operate in the Syrian South, of those accepted the reconciliation and settlement agreements, the regime forces also arrested former commander in one of the factions that carried out reconciliation with the regime, while he was heading to his military barracks in the 4th Division within the regime forces in the outskirts of the capital, Damascus, and the SOHR published on the 5th of April 2019, that the regime forces continues to clamp down on the leaders and members of the reconciliation factions who carried out settlement earlier, in addition to restricting on the population by carrying out raids against homes of faction leaders who refused to remain in Daraa province, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the regime forces raiding a house of leaders in an army operating in Daraa and Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham, who refused to settle their situation and displaced towards the Syrian north, where both houses in Msifra town were raided under the pretext of searching for hidden weapons, and the reliable sources confirmed that no arrests were made against anyone, and the Syrian Observatory published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified gunmen attacked an Air Intelligence checkpoint west of the Eastern Karak town in the eastern sector of Daraa countryside, where the attack was carried out with machineguns and RPG, but no information about casualties yet, and this comes within the context of the continuous attacks by the “Popular Resistance” and the unknown gunmen, where they target the regime forces and their loyal militias and factions of the “reconciliation and settlements”, while the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the security chaos continues in Daraa Province and strikes again in the ranks of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored unidentified gunmen shooting this afternoon a car of a security member of the regime forces, he is a patron of reconciliation and settlement in the western countryside of Daraa, where he was targeted on the road of al-Yadudeh – Khrab al-Shahem in the western countryside of Daraa, which wounded him severely and killed his grandson, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unidentified gunmen attempted to assassinate a person in al-Harak town in the eastern sector of Daraa countryside, and sources told the Syrian Observatory that the targeted person was linked to the Lebanese Hezbollah, and he works in recruiting young men for Hezbollah in addition to promoting “Shi’ism” in the area, but no information about being injured during the shooting, and the Syrian Observatory published in the past hours that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored continued chaos incidents, and the liquidation attempts against the former fighters in the factions which used to operate in Daraa province and the Syrian South, who chose the reconciliation and settlement with the regime, where the SOHR monitored targeting by unidentified gunmen in Bosr al-Harir area in the eastern countryside of Daraa, to a vehicle carrying 2 former commanders in Amud Hauran Brigade, which resulted in the injury of one of them critically, and the Syrian Observatory published in the past 24 hours, that it monitored an assassination attempt by unknown people targeted a member of the gunmen loyal to the regime forces in al-Sanamin city in the countryside of Daraa, where a grenade was thrown in front of his house in the city in conjunction with shooting on the house, but no information about his injury until now.

The Syrian Observatory published on the 31st of March 2019 that the security chaos heads the scene in the province of Daraa, showing day after another, the disability of the security services and the regime forces to control it and their failure to make the province’s residents kneel down, during their control over the province through “settlements and reconciliations”, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an attack by unidentified gunmen on a checkpoint of the regime forces and gunmen loyal to them on the road to the International Hospital in the vicinity of Daraa Al-Balad in Daraa city, which resulted in the injury of several members at least one of them is in critical condition, and the SOHR published hours ago, that in the wake of the security chaos which took several forms in all over province of Daraa which is controlled by the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored security chaos that is new of kind in the province, it was represented by an attack yesterday, Saturday, by members of the 5th Corps which was formed by Russia and which includes members of the factions of “reconciliations and settlements”, at a checkpoint of the State Security branch in Suwar town in Al-Lajat area in the north-eastern countryside of Daraa, where crossfire took place between the both parties, then a patrol of the Russian police came to break up the clash, where they beat members of the checkpoint and humiliated them, while sources informed the Syrian Observatory that the reasons for these attacks come as a response to the repeated violations by the members of the checkpoint and their bad treatment with the citizens who pass through it, it is noteworthy that members of the 5th Corps carried out an attack few days ago on checkpoints of the regime forces in the towns of Bosr al-Harir, Al-Sahwa and Al-Msifra in the eastern countryside of Daraa, and beat members of these checkpoints for the same reasons and gave them a time limit to withdraw from the area.

And the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 30th of March 2019, that security chaos is on the rise in Daraa province day after day, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Right monitored that unknown gunmen kidnapped a relief official in Tal Shihab town in Daraa countryside, where he had previously carried out reconciliation and settlement in the town, where the gunmen kidnapped him on the outskirts of the town then took him to an unknown destination, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a defected member of the regime forces who was in the ranks of the factions when they used to control Daraa; died of gunshot wounds he had from the regime forces, and in the details obtained the Syrian Observatory: the defected member surrendered himself and carried out a “settlement” in Dael town in the central sector of Daraa countryside 2 months ago, but he was killed and delivered yesterday, Friday, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory learned that unknown gunmen tried to assassinate a leader of the “reconciliation the settlement” factions, by shooting at him in Daraa al-Balad in Daraa city, which caused him serious injuries, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 22nd of March 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a new assassination within the increased security escalation in Daraa Province, where unidentified gunmen assassinated on Friday afternoon, the 22nd of March 2019, using their machineguns’ fire a former fighter of the rebel factions in Tal Shihab town in the countryside of Daraa, who carried out previously settlement after the regime forces controlled the area and he recently joined the 4th Division, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that unknown gunmen believed to belong to what is known as the Popular Resistance; attacked using machine guns the Air Intelligence detachment and the Western Checkpoint in Dael town in the middle sector countryside of Daraa On Thursday evening, where the attack lasted for about 20 minutes before the attackers fled, but no information about casualties yet, and the attack came after a similar attack targeted the same detachment on Monday evening the 18th of March, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that unidentified gunmen assassinated a former fighter of the factions who carried out “reconciliations and settlements” in al-Sanamin city in the Daraa countryside, by firing at him in the city, while unknown people burned the internationally recognized Syrian flag on Wednesday evening at the entrance to al-Hirak town in the eastern countryside of Dara, and the Syrian Observatory published on Wednesday that arrests continue by the regime’s intelligence services against former commanders and fighters of the former rebel and Islamic factions of Daraa, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored regime’s intelligence arresting a former leader of the factions from al-Harak town in the eastern countryside of Daraa, and he was taken to its detention centers to investigate him, after he had carried out “settlement and reconciliation”, and the Syrian Observatory published 2 days ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from intersected sources that an attack by unidentified gunmen took place yesterday night; against the regime forces’ Air Intelligence detachment in Dael town in the middle countryside of Daraa, where the attackers threw a grenade on the detachment and opened their weapons at them then fled, but no information about casualties in the ranks of both parties, this came after anti-regime phrases were written, where The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that  “long live Syria and down with Bashar al-Assad, the revolution is an idea and the idea never dies, we will be victorious even if took time, and, the green Idlib will not wither” and tens of other phrases against the regime forces have filled walls of the towns and villages of al-Hrak, Eastern Kark, Nawa, al-Naemeh, al-Yadudeh, and others in Daraa countryside after midnight of yesterday, on the 8th anniversary of the Syrian revolution.
