Warplanes and helicopters bombard again the “de-escalation” areas after 36 hours of absence carrying out more than 20 airstrikes, and more than 24 were killed in a suicide operation and clashes between jihadi groups and the regime forces in the northwestern countryside of Hama

Jihadi factions and groups continue their intensive shelling by rocket launchers targeting locations of the regime forces in Kafr Nabudah area in the northwestern countryside, and other areas in the same countryside, in conjunction with an attack by jihadi groups and factions on positions of the regime forces in Kafr Nabudah town, in order to regain control of it, where violent clashes are taking place between both parties, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented human casualties against the backdrop of the attack, where 9 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed, including 5 who were killed in a suicide bomber detonated himself in a booby-trapped vehicle in the town, and at least 14 fighters of the jihadi groups and other factions were killed in addition to the suicide bomber. These clashes come amid the return of warplanes to fly over the countryside of Hama and Idlib, where regime’s warplanes carried out 8 raids on areas in al-Hbit town, 4 Raids on the villages of Abdeen and Arinbeh in the southern countryside of Idlib, and 2 raids on areas in al-Sahriyya village in the northern countryside of Hama, while the Russian warplanes carried out 4 raids on areas in al-Qassabiyyeh town and Mughr al-Hamam in the southern countryside of Idlib, and 2 raids on areas in the outskirts of al-Rashedin suburb southwest of Aleppo, also the helicopters dropped several barrel bombs on areas on the outskirts of al-Qassabiyyeh, in conjunction with intense artillery shelling by the regime forces on areas in the towns and villages of Shahranaz, al-Sahriyya, Midan Ghazal, Deir Senbol, al-Hwyja in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and Kafr Zita town, the villages of al-Sakhr and al-Jisat in the northern countryside of Hama, and Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, and in the same context, the factions operating in Aleppo countryside targeted areas in Masaken al-Sabil neighborhood and Teshreen Street in Aleppo city controlled by the regime forces, which wounded several people, also Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham targeted by Grad missiles Stamo airbase in Latakia countryside which is a helipad, also the factions operating in the northern countryside of Hama targeted by Grad missiles Jub Ramleh airbase at the northwestern countryside of Hama, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored an intensive rocket shelling carried out by the jihadi groups and other factions on locations of the regime forces and their loyal militias in al-Karakat, al-Mestriha, Tal Hawash, al-Hwaiz, and Kafr Nabudah in Sahl al-Ghab, Jabal Shashabo, and north Hama, in conjunction with a violent explosion hit the area, it was caused by a suicide car bomb attack by a jihadi organization in Hama fronts, amid confirmed information about casualties and injuries in the ranks of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fall of shells launched by the regime forces on places in Hawash village in Sahl al-Ghab, and other places in the villages of al-Sahriyya and Deir Senbul in Jabal Shashabo, also factions of the National Liberation Front targeted by rocket and missile shells sites of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in Joureen town in the countryside of Hama, also the severity of targeting and shelling within decreased in Kabani area at Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, but other than that, the relative calm still prevails the “de-escalation” area amid continued absence of warplanes and helicopters from the sky of the area since Monday morning, while the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that regime forces continue to exploit the cautious calm that has been prevailing most of the “de-escalation” area for days after the temporary Russian – Turkish truce, in order to enhance their points and positions within the 16 areas they controlled within Sahl of al-Ghab and Jabal Shashabo in the Hama countryside, while on the other side, the Syrian Observatory monitored the entry of several groups of factions operating in the northern countryside of Aleppo to Idlib province, including to the battlefronts in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, where a column belongs to “Ahrar al-Sharqiyyah” faction arrived in Hama countryside, after “al-Jabha al-Shamiyyah” brought a military convoy from Aleppo countryside towards the countryside of Hama, while ” Shuhada’a al-Sharqiyyah” faction headed with its fighters to Hama countryside, which portends a violent battle amid the ground escalation; which comes in spite of the cautious calm that prevails “Putin – Erdogan” area, especially the contact areas in the Mountains of the coast, Sahl al-Ghab, and Jabal Shashabo.

The Syrian Observatory published this morning that w arplanes and helicopters are still absent from the atmosphere of “Putin – Erdogan” demilitarized area since 24 hours, coincided with continuous ground shelling at a varying rate of violence every now and then, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored violent clashes carried out by the regime forces after midnight of yesterday and dawn of today targeted places in the contact areas in Jabal Shashabo, particularly, Midan Ghazal and al-Sahriyya in addition to Sahl al-Ghab at the northwestern countryside of Hama, also the factions shelled location of the regime forces in Kafr Nabudah town and its vicinity north of Hama, followed by bombardment by the regime forces on al-Sakhr village in the same countryside, while the clashes continue sporadically in Kabani area at Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, between the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them against the jihadi groups and other factions, accompanied by renewed ground shelling by the regime forces in conjunction with exchange of targeting by heavy machineguns, and the Syrian Observatory documented casualties against the backdrop of the continued clashes in Kabani which is accompanied by intense shelling and targeting, while at least 7 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed and more than 11 of them were wounded, which may raise the death toll.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 517, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, and they are: 180 civilians including 38 children and 41 citizen women, and they are 44 including 13 children and 12 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 25 including 7 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 55 including 12 women, 11 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 35 people including 6 women and 2 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 21 citizens including 10 children and 3 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 176 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 161 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the heaviest continuous escalation on its 31st day, to 670 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 21st of May 2019, they are 230 civilians including 51 children and 52 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 25 civilians casualties including 10 children and 4 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 194 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 227 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, the 21st of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1039 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 468 civilians including 121 children under the age of eighteen and 110 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 49 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 9 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 262 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 163 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 316 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1269 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 549 civilians including 153 children and 122 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 329 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 178 of the “Jihadi” fighters and 23 fighters of Jaysh al-Izza, who were killed in ambushes and clashes including a commander at least, they were killed in ambushes and attack by the regime forces in the northern countryside of Hama, and 398 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
