About 700 air and ground strikes during the 25th day of the heaviest escalation with clashes in countryside of Hama and Latakia kill about 30 people

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more casualties in the military operations within the “de-escalation” area, where it rose to 10, the number of casualties of the regime forces killed on Friday during shelling and clashes against jihadi groups and factions in the northern countryside of Hama and Jabal Shashabo, also it rose to 14 at least, the number of fighters of the jihadi groups and factions who were killed during aerial and ground bombardment and clashes against the regime forces in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, the Syrian Observatory documented that it rose to 3, the number of people who were killed today in the violent escalation on its 25th day in the “de-escalation” area, they are: a man and a child were killed in bombardment by regime’s warplanes on areas in Tal Msibin village and its outskirts in Idlib countryside, and a child was killed in shelling by regime’s warplanes on Kafr Nubl town in the southern countryside of Idlib

Also it rose to 61, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters since after midnight of yesterday, and they are: 17 on Khan Shaykhun city and its vicinity, 12 on Kafr Nabudah, 6 on al-Hbit, 10 barrels on Lataminah town north of Hama, 7 on Kabani area, 4 on Jabal Al-Arba’in, 3 on Morek, and 2 barrels on each of Hish, Ma’aret Hurmah, Hass, Kafr Nubl, al-Qassabiyyeh, and Kafr Zita, while it rose to 53, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes within the “de-escalation” area since this morning, they are: 12 on Kabani area, 6 on Kafr Nabudah, 6 on al-Hbit, 5 on Khan Shaykhun and its vicinity, and 3 on each of Tal Msibin and its outskirts, Hish, Kafr Nubl, Taftanaz Airbase, the vicinity of Bzabor in Jabal al-Zawiyah, and 2 raids on each of Hass, Sarja, Kafr Zita, Tal al-Sultan, Abdeen, and the international highway in the vicinity of Saraqib, while it rose to 41, the number of raids carried out by the warplanes of the Russian guarantor since after midnight, they are: 12 on Latamneh, 7 on Kafrenbudeh, 7 on al-Hbit, 5 on Al-Amiqah, 4 on al-Ankawi, and 2 raids on each of Qarqour, al-Hwash, and Kafr Owaid, and about the ground shelling, it rose to more than 535, the number of shells and missiles which targeted separated areas in the northern countryside of Hama, Sahl Al-Ghab and Jabal Shahshabbu, the southern sector of Idlib countryside, in addition to areas in the coastline in the north-eastern countryside of Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 699, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until today, the 24th of May 2019, and they are: 215 civilians including 34 children and 43 citizen women, and they are 44 including 13 children and 12 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 26 including 7 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 85 including 12 women, 17 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 39 people including 5 women and 3 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 21 citizens including 10 children and 3 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 259 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 225 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 35th day, to 852 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 24th of May 2019, they are 265 civilians including 57 children and 54 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 25 civilian casualties including 10 children and 4 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 277 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 291 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, the 24th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1228 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they  are 503 civilians including 127 children under the age of eighteen and 112 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 49 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 9 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 345 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 205 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 380 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1457 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 583 civilians including 158 children and 124 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 412 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 219 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 462 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
