Regime’s warplanes step up their shelling within the “de-escalation” area and target south of Idlib with tens of raids since morning, causing casualties and wounded

The Syrian Observatory documented the death of a woman and a child as a result of shelling by regime’s warplanes on Maar Tamater in Idlib countryside, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are some people in critical situation, while regime’s warplanes continue their intensive shelling on areas in Idlib countryside, where it rose to 54, the number of raids they carried out since morning, they are 12 on al-Hbit, 5 on Khan Shaykhun, 5 on Kabani, 4 on Kafr Nubl, 3 on al-Qassabiyyeh, 3 on the outskirts of al-Bawabiyyah south of Aleppo, and 2 raids on each of Rakaya, Maara Tamater, Sheikh Mustafa, Hzarin, Tremla, Naqir, Kafrsajna, Karsa’a, Kafr Owaid, IKARDA area, and the 46th Regiment, and the Syrian Observatory monitored more than 18 rocket shells launched by the regime forces on Kafr Nubl town, while the Syrian Observatory learned that al-Hekma hospital in Kafr Nubl town was partially damaged by a raid that targeted the hospital’s front yard, and the Syrian Observatory monitored that it rose to 6, the number of hospitals that gotten out of service since the start of the heaviest escalation, they are: Kiwan Hospital in Kafr Owaid, al-Sayeda Maryam Hospital in Kafr Nubl, al-Orient Hospital in Kafr Nubl, Nabd al-Hayat in Hass, the Hospital 111 in the Qal’aat al-Madiq, and al-Maghara Hospital in al-Lataminah town, in addition to 2 health centers in the towns of Kafr Nabudah and al-Hbit.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 836, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 28th of May 2019, and they are: 257 civilians including 56 children and 54 citizen women, and they are 44 including 13 children and 12 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 32 including 8 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 115 including 22 women, 26 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 45 people including 5 women and 4 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 21 citizens including 10 children and 3 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 310 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 269 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 39th day, to 987 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 28 the of May 2019, they are 307 civilians including 70 children and 56 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 25 civilian casualties including 10 children and 4 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 328 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 335 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, the 28th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1365 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 545 civilians including 140 children under the age of eighteen and 121 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 49 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 9 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 396 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 238 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 424 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1594 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 625 civilians including 170 children and 133 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 463 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 253 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 506 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
