More than 100 civilian casualties and injuries were killed in the aerial and ground shelling by the regime forces on the truce areas

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more casualties and injuries due to the aerial bombardment on the 29th day of the heaviest escalation within the Russian – Turkish truce areas, where nine civilians including 3 children and 1 woman, were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes on areas in Kafr Halab village in the western countryside of Aleppo, raising to 21, the number of civilians who were killed by regime’s warplanes and helicopters, and they are: 3 children at least were killed in bombing by regime’s warplanes on Jabal al-Zawiyah, a woman and a child were killed in bombing by regime’s warplanes on Maar Tamater village in Idlib countryside, and a man was killed in bombardment by regime’s warplane on al-Bawabiyyah village south of Aleppo, 3 including a woman was killed in bombardment by regime’s warplanes on Sfuhen village at Jabal al-Zawiyah, a woman was killed in shelling by regime’s warplanes on al-Atareb, 2 children were killed in bombing by regime’s warplanes on Khan al-Sobol, and the death toll may still rise because there are more than 75 wounded in several areas, some of them are seriously wounded.

In the same context, regime’s warplanes and the warplanes of its Russian ally continue to target areas the countryside of Idlib on the 29th day of the heaviest escalation, in addition to the continued and intensive ground shelling, where the Syrian Observatory monitored more raids by regime’s warplanes targeted areas in Binin village in Jabal al-Zawiyah, outskirts of Saraqib, Bsida, Rakaya Sajna, Babulin in Idlib countryside, while it rose to 105, the number of raids carried out by warplanes of Bashar al-Assad since morning, they are 13 on al-Hbit, 8 on Hish, 7 on Khan Shaykhun, 7 on Kabani, 4 on each of Kafr Nubl, al-Atareb and its outskirts, Kafr Owaid, Sheikh Mustafa, Rakaya, Karsa’a, and Tremla, and 3 raids on each of al-Qassabiyyeh, the outskirts of al-Bawabiyyah south of Aleppo, Khan al-Sobol, and Ihsim, and 2 raids on each of Maara Tamater, Saraqib, Bsida, Rakaya Sajna, Babulin, Hzarin, al-Naqir, Kafrsajna, IKARDA area, the 46th Regiment, Kafr Halab, Maar Hatat, Kafr Owaid, and Flifel, also it rose to 71, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters today, they are 49 on al-Hbit, 10 on Khan al-Sobol, and 3 on each of Sfuhen, Hish, al-Qassabiyyeh, and Kafr Ain, while the Russian warplanes carried out 15 raids on Kafr Zita, al-Sayyad, al-Faqea, and Shahranaz in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, and al-Hamdiyyeh south of Maarrat al-Nu’man in the countryside of Idlib, while it rose to 560, the number of shells and missiles launched by the regime forces today on the countryside of Hama, Idlib, Aleppo, and Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 855,  the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 28th of May 2019, and they are: 276  civilians including 64 children and 57 citizen women, and they are 44 including 13 children and 12 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 32 including 8 women and a child girl were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 125 including 24 women, 31 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 45 people including 5 women and 4 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 21 citizens including 10 children and 3 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 310 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 269 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 39th day, to 1008 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 28 the of May 2019, they are 326 civilians including 78 children and 68 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 25 civilian casualties including 10 children and 4 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 328 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 335 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, the 28th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1384 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 564 civilians including 148 children under the age of eighteen and 124 woman over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 49 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 9 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 396 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 238 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 424 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1613 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 644 civilians including 178 children and 131 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 463 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 253 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 506 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
