As air and ground bombardment and shelling decline, regime’s warplanes bombard again the “de-escalation” areas

Although the shelling has declined in Putin – Erdogan agreement areas, regime’s warplanes continue to target several areas in the countryside of Hama and Idlib, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored air raids by regime’s warplanes targeted areas in the villages and towns of Sfuhen, Mra’eian, Karsa’a, Hzarin, and Kafr Zita in the countryside of Idlib and Hama, also regime’s warplanes opened their machineguns’ fire at areas in al-Hbit and Khan Shaykhun in the southern countryside of Idlib, while regime’s artillery which is positioned in Bridij Camp in the northern countryside of Hama shelled areas in Khan Shaykhun, al-Zakat, and al-Arba’in, also regime’s artillery targeted by tens of rocket shells al-Hmira village and its surroundings in the southern countryside of Aleppo, which caused fires in agricultural crops, raising to 61, the number of air raids by regime’s warplanes that targeted al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita, Arinbeh, al-Hbit, Kafruma, Kabani area at Jabal al-Akrad, Ariha, Maarrat al-Nu’man, Khan Shaykhun, Tremla, al-Faqea, KafrMus, Mantaf, Tremla, Jabal al-Arba’in area, Abdeen, and Hzarin, while the Russian warplanes carried out 9 raids on al-Hbit and Khan Shaykhun, and the helicopters dropped 2 barrel bombs this morning on Shahranaz village in Sahl al-Ghab, while the ground strikes were confined to exchange of targeting between the factions and the regime forces in the contact areas in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, and Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, and areas in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 947, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 30th of May 2019, and they are: 309 civilians including 77 children and 64 citizen women, and they are 44 including 13 children and 12 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 36 including 8 women and 4 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 161 including 30 women, 44 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 45 people including 5 women and 4 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 22 citizens including 10 children and 3 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 369 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 269 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 41st day, to 1097 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 30th of May 2019, they are 359 civilians including 91 children and 75 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 26 civilian casualties including 10 children and 5 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 371 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 335 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, the 30th of May 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1476 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 597 civilians including 161 children under the age of eighteen and 131 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 50 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 455 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 285 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 424 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1705 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 677 civilians including 191 children and 143 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 522 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 300 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 506 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
