Tension in a town east Euphrates following the arrest of a person by SDF members in conjunction with closing roads in the area by young men from al-Baggarah clan

Deir Ezzor Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory learned that tension prevails in al-Hawayej village in Deir Ezzor countryside, amid closing the roads in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor in the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas; by hundreds of young people from al-Baggarah clan, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: a force of the Syria Democratic Forces chased a young man in al-Hawayej then the young man took shelter in the house of Sheikh in the area, where members from the SDF broke into the house and verbally addressed the Sheikh, then arrested the young man and took him to an unknown destination, which sparked great resentment amid al-Baggarah clan, who became on alert and closed the roads, also sources told the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights that Arab fighters in the area announced their standing with al-Baggarah clan.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published on the 9th of May 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that demonstrations took place in al-Busayrah city and the towns of Thiban and al-Shuhayl and the al-Daman village, protesting and condemning the massacre carried out by the SDF and the International Coalition after midnight in al-Shuhayl town and killed 7 civilians, and the sources told the Syrian Observatory that there was considerable tension in al-Shuhayl town after the killing of a protester from the town following a shooting by SDF members to disperse the demonstration, followed by a withdrawal of all members of the Syria Democratic Forces from al-Shuhayl town, then the people of al-Shuhayl attacked headquarters of SDF in the town and burn caravans, and the Syrian Observatory published hours ago that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from several reliable sources that the International Coalition carried out a landing operation in al-Shuhayl town  in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside after midnight of yesterday, in conjunction with the great spread for the Syria Democratic Forces on the ground with armored vehicles and other vehicles, where a massacre of 7 civilians including a man and two of his sons, was committed by SDF and the International Coalition with intense gunfire, while the operation -which lasted for about 3 hours- also resulted in the arrest of 2 people, one of whom was a former member of the “Public Relations” Office in the “Islamic State” Organization, and activists of the Syrian Observatory learned from residents of the area that the civilians who were killed in the shooting by SDF and the International Coalition; have nothing to do with the “Islamic State” Organization, and that they are from the residents of the area and have not protected ISIS members, although sources in the Syria Democratic Forces informed the Observatory that they were the ones who are protecting members of the Organization in that area, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 25th of April 2019 that the International Coalition carried out at midnight of yesterday an airdrop operation, in Mashikh village near al-Busayrah city in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor near a home of a civilians in the village, with the support of a ground force of the Syria Democratic Forces, where the owner of the house was targeted with his family by bullets which caused casualties, where the owner of the house and 2 of his sons were killed in addition to his son’s pregnant wife, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 13th of April 2019, that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned from intersected sources that the Syria Democratic supported by the International Coalition Forces with a helicopter cover, they carried out dawn of today a raid against a house in Takihi village  in the countryside of al-Busayrah town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor following an airdrop operation in the area, where clashes took place between the raiders and several people at the home including Iraqis, where two Syrian national brothers were killed in addition to 3 people of Iraqi nationality including a woman, and 8 people of Iraqi nationality were arrested with a person of Syrian Nationality, while the Syria Democratic Forces raided a house in al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and confiscated machine guns at his home and arrested 2 of his sons, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published this morning that the Syrian Observatory for Human Right learned from several reliable sources that the International Coalition carried out 2 airdrops in al-Raqqah city, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: the landings were carried out by 2 helicopters of the International Coalition; the first one took place on Sayf al-Dawla Street and the second one in al-Badu neighborhood north of al-Raqqah city, in conjunction with the flight of warplanes of the International Coalition over the city, and the intense spread of the Syria Democratic Forces on the ground, the sources told the Observatory that both operations aim to arrest 3 arms dealers in al-Raqqah who trade in various types of light and medium weapons, and sell them heavily to cells belong to the “Islamic State” Organization in the city, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 2nd of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the Syria Democratic Forces carried out a campaign of raids and arrests in the village of Al-Zar which is under their control in the eastern sector of Deir Ezzor countryside, where the SDF have arrested former members within the “Islamic State” organization of those who handed themselves over previously to the SDF and later they were released, where weapons were found in the possession of one the these arrested persons, and the SOHR published yesterday morning, Tuesday, that it monitored the continuation of the security operations launched by the Syria Democratic Forces within their controlled areas, searching for cells that belong to the “Islamic State” organization which threaten the security of the area in the light of the great security chaos within the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas, where the Syria Democratic Forces seek to intensify their intelligence operations to detect these cells, which are largely spread in tens of thousands of people in several areas of the Syrian territory, and the Syrian Observatory published yesterday that the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the continuation of search and inspections by the Syria Democratic Forces and forces of Manbij Military Council, Asayish, and intelligence forces for more members of cells of the “Islamic state” Organization, in the east Euphrates area and in Manbij area in the northeastern sector of Aleppo, in conjunction with the continued activity of the cells operating in the area which are affiliated to the Organization and regional bodies, where the Syrian Observatory monitored the finding an IED placed on the road to the sheep market in Manbij, while the Syrian Observatory monitored during the last 24 hours that the SDF arrested 9 persons of the cells of the organization today morning, Sunday, the 31st of March 2019, in Al-Raqqah city which is under the control of the SDF east of Syria, after an intelligence operation by them, and this arrest comes one day after the Internal Security Forces and the Intelligence operating in Manbij area managed to arrest the cell that is responsible for the attack of Manbij, and the SOHR published yesterday, Saturday, that the internal security forces and intelligence working in Manbij area in the northeastern sector of Aleppo countryside, managed to arrest the cell that carried out the biggest attack after the official announcement of victory over the “Islamic State” Organization, which targeted a checkpoint of the self-defense forces in Manbij area on the road of Aleppo and killed 8 members of them, in addition to injuring 2 others with varying severity, and reliable sources confirmed that the attackers were tracked after being identified through surveillance cameras, while the Syrian Observatory monitored more security operations by the Syria Democratic Forces, the internal security forces “Asayish,” and the intelligence forces; searching for people accused of belonging to cells of the “Islamic State” Organization and other regional bodies responsible for assassinations and killings of civilians, SDF members, Asayish, and self-defense forces in many Syrian areas.
