Putin – Erdogan area witnesses the rise of death toll to 4 citizens who were killed in bombardment that targeted areas in Idlib countryside

Despite the cautious calm that prevails most of the de-escalation zones, the aerial and ground bombardment is still claim the lives of citizens in Idlib countryside, where the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented today the death of 4 civilian casualties including a woman who were killed due to bombardment by the warplanes of the regime and its ally, Russia, which targeted areas in Khan Shaykhun, Skeikh Damis and Fulayfel in the southern countryside of Idlib, while the regime’s warplanes opened fire of their heavy machineguns today evening, on areas in Jabal Shashabo, Basqala and Al-Hbit, while the regime’s warplanes bombed areas in Khan Shaykhun, Hish and Deir Senbol, while areas in Kafr Zita, Al-Ankawi, Al-Amiqah and Al-Sayyad in the northern and western countryside of Hama, were subjected to ground shelling by the regime forces by more than 20 rocket shells which resulted in setting fire to the agricultural crops in Al-Sayyad village, in addition, area sin Khan Shaykhun were subjected to ground shelling by the regime forces by missiles some of which was filled up with the incendiary Napalm which resulted in the fall of more than 15 civilian injuries and the setting fire to the farmlands surrounding the area, and the regime forces shelled Tremla village in the southern countryside of Idlib, by tens of rocket shells filled up with the internationally prohibited phosphorus, and the SOHR published today, that it monitored the helicopters dropping barrel bombs on places in Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, amid renewed airstrikes by Russian warplanes on the same area, also regime’s warplanes carried out raids on KafrMus and the outskirts of Kansafra in Idlib countryside, but no information about casualties, and the Syrian Observatory published this afternoon that r egime’s warplanes carried out new raids on the demilitarized area of “Putin – Erdogan”, where they targeted areas in Sahl Al-Ghab, Jabal Shashabo, Idlib countryside, Aleppo countryside, and Jabal al-Akrad, raising to 45, the number of raids carried out since this morning on Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, Kafr Zita, Sfuhen, Ihsim, Tremla, Al-Faqea, Karsa’a, Kafr Owaid, Al-Hbit, outskirts of Ariha, Jabal Al-Arba’in, Sheikh Mustafa, Kansafra, Flifel, al-Ankawi, ICARDA, al-Atarib, and the outskirts of Barqoum, where the Syrian Observatory documented the death of a woman in bombardment by warplanes on Flifel, and 2 citizens who were killed in aerial bombardment on areas in Khan Shaykhun, and a citizen who was killed as a result of aerial bombardment on Sheikh Damis village in the southern countryside of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 988, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 1st of June 2019, and they are: 320 civilians including 77 children and 70 citizen women, and they are 45 including 15 children and 16 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 36 including 8 women and 4 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 168 including 36 women, 44 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 49 people including 6 women and 4 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 22 citizens including 10 children and 4 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 392 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 276 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 41st day, to 1138 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 1st of June 2019, they are 370 civilians including 91 children and 78 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 26 civilian casualties including 10 children and 5 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 407 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 342 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until today, 1st of July 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1517 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 608 civilians including 161 children under the age of eighteen and 134 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 50 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 478 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 300 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 431 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1746 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 687 civilians including 191 children and 146 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 545 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 315 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 513 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
