The explosion of a booby-trapped vehicle in Azaz city leaves tens of casualties and wounded

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a large explosion near the area of Souq Al-Haddadeen in Azaz city center in the northern countryside of Aleppo, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; a violent explosion caused by the explosion of a booby-trapped vehicle was heard while the prayers were leaving after “Tarawih” -additional prayers performed by Muslims after the Evening prayer during the holy month of Ramadan- in the area of Souq Al-Haddadeen near Al-Mutayam Mosque in Azaz city center, where it resulted in the killing of 14 citizens including 4 children under the age of eighteen, and there are 5 casualties whose identity is not known so far as the bodies were charred, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of injured cases some of them are in serious conditions.

And a booby-trapped vehicle driven by a suicidal bomber targeted Al-Na’em roundabout in Al-Raqqah city yesterday, which killed 11 persons including 6 citizens and 5 fighters within the ranks of the “Syria Democratic Forces, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published yesterday that it monitored the sound of 2 violent explosions that rocked Al-Raqqah city, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights; the first explosion took place in Al-Basel Street in Al-Raqqah city center as a result of the explosion of a landmine, and as the locals were gathering near the place of the first explosion, another explosion took place in Al-Na’em roundabout in Al-Raqqah city center, it turned out that it was caused by the explosion of a booby-trapped vehicle driven by a suicidal bomber believed to be affiliated to the “Islamic State” organization, near a checkpoint of the Syria Democratic Forces, which resulted in the killing of 10 persons at least including 5 citizens and 5 fighters in the ranks of the SDF in addition to the fall of 20 injuries at least.
