Violent clashes continue in Hama countryside and raises to more than 60, the death toll of the regime forces, factions, and Jihadis within 18 hours

The clashes continue at an escalating pace in several areas in the in Hama countryside, between the rebel and Islamic factions and the Jihadi groups; against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them with the support of the Russian forces, where the clashes take place in the strategic area of Tal Meleh in an attempt by the regime forces to restore it, while the Syrian Observatory documented the rise of the human casualties against the backdrop of the violent clashes, which began after the afternoon of Thursday, where it rose to at least 34, the number of casualties of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and the regime forces were unable to recover many of the bodies, also it rose to 27, the number of fighters who were killed during aerial and ground shelling and clashes in Hama countryside, including at least 9 fighters of the rebel and Islamic factions, and in the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the fall of tens of rocket shells launched by factions on Hamamiyyat, Karnaz, al-Jalmah, al-Jdideh, Kafr Hood, and Sheikh Hadid which are controlled by the regime forces in Hama countryside.

While it rose to 71 at least, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on the “de-escalation” area on Friday, where they target Khan Shaykhun city in the southern countryside of Idlib, and Kafr Zita, al-Arba’in, al-Lataminah, Hasraya, and al-Zakat in the northern countryside of Hama, and the clash areas in the countryside al-Hama, also it rose to 22 at least, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Friday targeting al-Zakat, Hasraya, Latmin, al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita, and Morek in the northern countryside of Hama, and Khan Shaykhun in the southern countryside of Idlib, also the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 1185, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 7th of June 2019, and they are: 354 civilians including 86 children and 76 citizen women, and they are 48 including 15 children and 16 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 36 including 8 women and 4 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 193 including 40 women, 51 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 55 people including 8 women and 6 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 22 citizens including 10 children and 4 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 473 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 358 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And with the fall of more casualties, the death toll rises in the  heaviest continuous escalation on its 48th day, to 1335 people in the period since the morning of the 20th of April 2019, until the 7th of June 2019, they are 404 civilians including 100 children and 84 women, were killed in the Russian air bombardment and regime forces’ shelling on areas in Aleppo, Hama, Latakia, and Idlib, including 26 civilian casualties including 10 children and 5 citizen women were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions on Aleppo city, al-Hadir town south of Aleppo, al-Khandeq village, and al-Suqaylabiyah town in Hama countryside, and 19 people were killed in the explosion of a truck loaded with high-explosive materials owned by the jihadi groups in Jisr al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 488 of the jihadi groups and the factions were killed in attacks and clashes against the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them, and 424 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in attacks by the jihadi groups on several areas of the demilitarized area.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 7th of June 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 1714 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 642 civilians including 170 children under the age of eighteen and 140 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 50 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 559 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 360 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 513 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 1943 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 722 civilians including 200 children and 152 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 52 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 626 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 375 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 595 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
