The truce between the Russians and the Turks continues to kill more citizens within the “de-escalation” zone and raises the number of airstrikes and the ongoing ground shelling to more than 300 air and ground shells by the warplanes of the regime and its ally Russia which targeted areas in both Hama and Idlib countryside

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the rise of the number of civilian casualties to 5 who were killed as a result of the ongoing bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Putin – Erdogan area, they are: a child, a woman and a man who were killed in bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Hass village in the southern countryside of Idlib, a man died affected by the injury he had due to bombardment by the regime’s warplanes days ago on Maarrat Hurma town in the southern countryside of Idlib, a man who was killed in airstrikes by the regime’s warplanes on the area of a camp for displaced people near Tal Hediyeh town in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and in the same context, it rose to 78, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes since morning on the outskirts Khan Shaykhun, Ariha, al-Hbit, Jabal al-Arba’in, al-Mastumah, Ihsim, Tal Mardikh, Stuh al-Deir, al-Naqir, Al-Rakaya, Hish, Taftanaz Airbase, Kafrsajna, Sehyan, the outskirts of Kafr Nubl, Maarrat Al-Sin, Arinbeh, Maarrat Hurmah, Tremla and Hass in the southern and eastern countryside of Idlib, and Kafr Zita and Al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama, as well as an area for a displaced people’s camp in Tal Hediyeh village south of Aleppo, also areas in Kafr Nubl city, Hass town, Hursh Kafrrumah and the outskirt of Maarrat Al-Nu’man in the south of Idlib, came under ground shelling by the regime forces by rockets with cluster bombs, also it rose to 17, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Kafr Zita and Al-Lataminah in the north of Hama, and Khan Shaykhun south of Idlib, also it rose to at least 18, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Kafr Zita and Al-Lataminah in the north of Hama, while it rose to 200, the number of rocket and artillery shells fired by the regime forces targeting areas in the towns of Maarrat Hurmah and Al-Hbit, the villages of Baraboo and Tremla, as well as Kafr Zita and Al-Lataminah north of Hama, and other areas in the southern countryside of Idlib and the northern countryside of Hama, while the factions targeted by rocket shells, positions of the regime forces in the villages of Al-Huwayz and Jib Ramlah northwest of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 1570, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 14th of June 2019, and they are: 412 civilians including 98 children and 86 citizen women, and they are 52 including 16 children and 16 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 43 including 9 women and 5 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 230 including 45 women, 58 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 64 people including 10 women and 9 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 23 citizens including 10 children and 4 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 642 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling, in addition to the killing of 516 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 14th of June 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2098 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 699 civilians including 182 children under the age of eighteen and 150 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 51 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 728 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 478 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 671 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 2327 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 779 civilians including 212 children and 162 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 53 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 795 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 493 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 753 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
