In the wake of the ongoing airstrikes by the regime’s warplanes within “Putin – Erdogan” zone…more casualties raise the today’s death toll to 12 persons who were killed in Idlib countryside

In the wake of the ongoing airstrikes by the regime’s warplanes that target the “de-escalation” zone, the Syrian Observatory documented more civilian casualties, where it rose to 12, the number of people who were killed today, they are: 5 persons including 3 children and a woman who were killed as a result of bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Al-Bara town in the southern countryside of Idlib, 3 citizens were killed in airstrikes by the regime’s warplanes on Maarrat Al-Nu’man city south of Idlib, 3 citizens including 2 women in bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Al-Ftirah, and a citizen who was killed due to an airstrike that targeted the outskirts of Hass village south of Idlib, and the number of casualties may increase because of the presence of injuries, some of them have seriously wounded, in the same context, it rose to 132, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since today’s dawn on “Putin – Erdogan” area, where they targeted Tal Melh and Al-Jabin and their surroundings north-west of Hama, Kafr Zita, Al-Zakah, Latmin, Al-Arba’in, Hasraya, Abu Ra’idah, Murak and Jabal Shashabo in the northern countryside of Hama, Madaya, Khan Shaykhun, Al-Hbit, Ihsim, Maarrat Al-Nu’man, Hish, al-Faqea’, Ma’arzita, Abdita, Deir Sunbul, Tremla, Al-Bara, Al-Ftirah, Al-Mastumah, Sheikh Mustaf and Maarrat Hurma, within the southern and western countryside of Idlib, the regime’s warplanes also carried out airstrikes on Al-Bawabiyyah village in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 1631, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 15th of June 2019, and they are: 425 civilians including 102 children and 89 citizen women, and they are 52 including 16 children and 16 women, another woman and two of her children, were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 43 including 9 women and 5 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 242 including 48 women, 61 children, and a member of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 65 people including 10 women and 9 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 23 citizens including 10 children and 4 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, while at least 661 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 450 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 545 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 15th of June 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2159 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 712 civilians including 185 children under the age of eighteen and 153 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 51 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 747 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 495 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 700 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 2388 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 792 civilians including 215 children and 165 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 53 people including 16 children and 8 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 814 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 510 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 782 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
