In 4 months since the dark meeting of “Putin – Erdogan – Rouhani”, more than 2165 people were killed within “de-escalation” area, including about 715 civilians and including 340 children and women

The meeting of the 3 presidents (Putin – Rouhani – Erdogan) completed its 4th month, where it was hold on the 14th of February 2019; to discuss the developments of the Syrian issue by the Turkish, Russian, and Iranian occupation forces, which led to promises and agreements in the interest of the Syrian citizen but in the “media” only, where what happed on the ground is different, where the killings escalated very dramatically by the regime forces and the Russian ally after the green light from the Turkish side, which in turn spared no opportunity to kill and abuse Syrians on its borders, and in turn the Iranian occupation took advantage of the Russian preoccupation in killing the Syrians in the Syrian north, to widening its influence and spread in the Syria south and the eastern area with “Shiism” operations there.

Ironically, the number of casualties since the beginning of the Erdogan – Putin agreement until the dark meeting on the 14th of February 2091, which is about 6 months, and they are: 229 people were killed within the “de-escalation” area, and they are 80 civilians including 30 children and 12 women, were killed in aerial and ground shelling by the regime and the Russians in addition to shells of the factions, and 67 fighters including 15 of the Jihadis were killed in shelling and clashes against the regime forces, and 82 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them were killed in shelling and clashes against the jihadi factions and groups within “Putin – Erdogan” area.

While the numbers of casualties have escalated dramatically since the dark meeting, during the period between the 14th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 15th  of June 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2166 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 712 civilians including 185 children under the age of eighteen and 153 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 51 people including 16 children under the age of eighteen and 10 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 751 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 497 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 703 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
