Under the pretext of “lack of guarantor,” SDF deport 6 families from al-Raqqah city towards Ain Issa Camp

Al-Raqqah Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the Syria Democratic Forces in al-Raqqah city deported 6 families of the people of Deir Ezzor to Ain Issa camp in al-Raqqah countryside, under the pretext of the “lack of guarantor,” in repeated incidents that take place in the city, where the Syrian Observatory published on the 25th of April 2019 that the Syrian Observatory learned from several reliable sources that the Syria Democratic Forces imposed a new decision a few days ago; barring any person from entering al-Raqqah city except with a guarantor of the city, where the Syrian Observatory monitored arrests in al-Mayadin of displaced people to al-Raqqah city, were they were deported from the city towards Ein Issa camp under the pretext of “not having a guarantor card”, which sparked discontent among the people of this decision in the light of the undergoing war operations in several areas, and the displacement of their people to other areas under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces, while Syria Democratic Forces said that this decision -similar to what they applied in Manbij- was an attempt to control security in their areas, which are witnessing widespread insecurity and chaos, where the cells are active there and enter their areas in the form of displaced people and later they carry out attacks and bombing there.
