The traffic department of the Autonomous Administration in Al-Hasakah province asks citizens to change their car plates with its own plates

Al-Hasakah Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the traffic department (Al-traffic) of the Autonomous Administration in Al-Hasakah city issued a decree leads to the changing of primary car plates and replacing them with new plates emitted by the Autonomous Administration, amid widespread resentment by the owners of taxicabs in Al-Hasakah city against this decision, which, in turn, prevents the owners of the new plates from entering the security square which is under the control of the Syrian regime in the city, in addition to levying fines and sanctions over the violators amounting to 10000 SYL at the first time, and when the violation is repeated, the car will be confiscated, while the city of Al-Hasakah is witnessing a military mobilization in the areas under the control of the Syrian regime for unknown reasons, where sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, that the reason for this mobilization may be related to the regime forces’ attempt to undermine the members of the National Defense of the regime forces, after the commander of these militiamen impeded one of the Shiite families in the city and robbed them.
