Regime forces’-controlled areas in al-Hasakah city witness tensions and alerts between the regime forces and their masked loyal militia amid fears of the outbreak of clashes in the city

Al-Hasaka Province, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: reliable sources told the Syrian Observatory that the alert continues in al-Hasakah city within regime forces’-controlled areas, the sources added that the area is witnessing tension amid fears of the outbreak of clashes between the regime forces and between “masked” militia loyal to the regime, the sources said that the leader of the masked militia had fortified his home and area fearing being assassinated by regime’s intelligence, as these militia did not obey regime’s security branches in the city, and the Syrian Observatory published in the evening of yesterday that the traffic department (Al-traffic) of the Autonomous Administration in Al-Hasakah city issued a decree leads to the changing of primary car plates and replacing them with new plates emitted by the Autonomous Administration, amid widespread resentment by the owners of taxicabs in Al-Hasakah city against this decision, which, in turn, prevents the owners of the new plates from entering the security square which is under the control of the Syrian regime in the city, in addition to levying fines and sanctions over the violators amounting to 10000 SYL at the first time, and when the violation is repeated, the car will be confiscated, while the city of Al-Hasakah is witnessing a military mobilization in the areas under the control of the Syrian regime for unknown reasons, where sources confirmed to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, that the reason for this mobilization may be related to the regime forces’ attempt to undermine the members of the National Defense of the regime forces, after the commander of these militiamen impeded one of the Shiite families in the city and robbed them.
