More than 20 casualties and wounded in a new massacre by the regime’s warplanes after their direct bombardment on the hospital of Jisr Al-Shughur city west of Idlib

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented a spike in the number of casualties who were killed in a massacre carried out by the regime’s warplanes through targeting Jisr Al-Shughur Hospital in the city which is located in the western countryside of Idlib, where it rose to 7 persons including 4 of the same family (3 children and a woman), the number of casualties who were killed in the massacre of the hospital, and the death toll is expected to increase due to the presence of more than 14 injuries, some of them have seriously wounded, in addition to the presence of information about other casualties, in the same context, 2 fighters of Al-Sham Corps were killed and others were injured as a result of bombardment by warplanes on their headquarters in Tal Mardikh village south of Saraqeb town, while it rose to 33, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since morning on Jisr Al-Shughur city and its vicinity, Jabal Al-Arba’inKhan Shaykhun, Babulin, Hish, Basida, Ariha, Tal Mardikh and Sraqeb town and its outskirts within the countryside of Idlib province, and areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2287, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 10th of July 2019, and they are: 600 civilians including 154 children and 121 citizen women, and they are 65 including 19 children and 18 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 55 including 12 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 357 including 96 children, 66 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 80 people including 16 women and 10 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 43 citizens including 19 children and 9 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyyeh, Kernaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 889 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 567 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 798 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 10th of July 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2816 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 887 civilians including 240 children under the age of eighteen and 185 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 71 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 15 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 975 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 612 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 954 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3045 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 968 civilians including 268 children and 199 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 73 people including 25 children and 13 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1042 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 626 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1035 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
