“Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham” targets Hama airbase area with more than 600 ground and air raids carried out by regime’s warplanes and Russian warplanes on the “de-escalation” area this day

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored missile shelling carried out by the rebel and Islamic factions and the Jihadi groups, targeted regime forces’-controlled areas in Hama airbase area, and the villages and towns of Karnaz, Sheikh Hadid, Hamamiyyat, Jalmah, Kafrhoud, al-Aziziyah, and Muhradah city which is inhabited by Christian citizens in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, but no information about casualties, while it rose to 62, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes since this morning on areas in Jisr Al-Shughur city and its vicinity, Jabal Al-Arba’in and Saraqib and its outskirts within the countryside of Idlib province, and areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, also it rose to 22, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on the outskirts of Maarrat al-Nu’man, Kafrsajna, al-Sheikh Mustafa, Ma’aret Hurmah and its outskirts south of Idlib, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, while it rose to 45, the number of barrel bombs dropped since morning by helicopters on the vicinity of Kanesat Nakhla and Beshlamoun villages in the eastern countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur, Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, Al-Sermaniyyeh village in Sahl Al-Ghab, also it rose to 500, the number of rocket and artillery shells through which the regime forces targeted places in Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Al-Hammamiyat, Murak, Al-Hawash, Hawija, Al-Arba’in, A-Jisat, Tal Al-Sakhr and Hasraya in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, Qasabiyeh area in the far southern countryside of Idlib, other places in the area of the Abandoned Battalion and the villages of Rayyan, Sheikh Idris and Baj’as in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and the villages of Zammar and Jazraya in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2292, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 10th of July 2019, and they are: 601 civilians including 154 children and 121 citizen women, and they are 65 including 19 children and 18 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 55 including 12 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 357 including 96 children, 66 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 80 people including 16 women and 10 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 44 citizens including 19 children and 9 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyyeh, Kernaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 889 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 567 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 802 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 10th of July 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2821 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 888 civilians including 240 children under the age of eighteen and 185 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 72 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 15 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 975 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 612 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 958 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3050 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 969 civilians including 268 children and 199 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 74 people including 25 children and 14 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1042 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 626 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1039 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
