21 casualties of the regime forces during the attack of the factions and the Jihadis northwest Hama, and about 700 ground and air strikes by warplanes of the regime and the Russian “guarantor” target “Putin – Erdogan” area during this day

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the killing of at least 21 members of the regime forces in the violent attack that was carried out by the jihadi factions and groups on sites of the regime forces in Hamamiyyat area at the northwestern countryside of Hama, where the jihadi factions and groups managed to advance at the expense of the regime forces in al-Hamamiyyat village, and the clashes continue violently inside the village, while it rose to 72, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes since this morning on areas in Jisr Al-Shughur city and its vicinity, Jabal Al-Arba’in and Saraqib and its outskirts within the countryside of Idlib province, and areas in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia, also it rose to 22, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on the outskirts of Maarrat al-Nu’man, Kafrsajna, al-Sheikh Mustafa, Ma’aret Hurmah and its outskirts south of Idlib, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad, while it rose to 50, the number of barrel bombs dropped since morning by helicopters on the vicinity of Kanesat Nakhla and Beshlamoun villages in the eastern countryside of Jisr Al-Shughur, Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, Al-Sermaniyyeh village in Sahl Al-Ghab, also it rose to 550, the number of rocket and artillery shells through which the regime forces targeted places in Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Al-Hammamiyat, Murak, Al-Hawash, Hawija, Al-Arba’in, A-Jisat, Tal Al-Sakhr and Hasraya in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, Qasabiyeh area in the far southern countryside of Idlib, other places in the area of the Abandoned Battalion and the villages of Rayyan, Sheikh Idris and Baj’as in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and the villages of Zammar and Jazraya in the southern countryside of Aleppo.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2318, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 10th of July 2019, and they are: 606 civilians including 155 children and 123 citizen women, and they are 69 including 20 children and 19 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 56 including 13 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 357 including 96 children, 66 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 80 people including 16 women and 10 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 44 citizens including 19 children and 9 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyyeh, Kernaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 889 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 567 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 823 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 10th of July 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2847 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 893 civilians including 241 children under the age of eighteen and 187 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 72 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 15 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 975 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 612 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 979 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3076 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 974 civilians including 269 children and 201 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 74 people including 25 children and 14 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1042 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 626 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1060 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
