In Idlib Province, 12 citizens were killed they are: 7 including 4 of one family (3 children and a woman) in a massacre carried out by regime’s warplanes in Jisr al-Shughur Hospital and its surroundings west of Idlib, at least 4 citizens including a child and a woman were killed in targeting by the Russian “guarantor’s” warplanes targeted a gathering of displaced people on the outskirts Ma’aret Hurmah town in the southern countryside of Idlib, a woman was killed in the fall of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Kafruma town south of Idlib.

In Hama Province, 2 civilians were killed in shelling by the factions target al-Suqaylabiyah in the western countryside of Hama.

In Aleppo Province, Syrian Observatory documented the death of a child under the age of 18 by in a landmine explosion from the remnants of the Kurdish Forces on the side of the road between Qarzihel village and al-Basutah area in Afrin countryside.

In Deir Ezzor Province, a civilian killed was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Gharanij town under the control of the Syria Democratic Forces in the eastern Countryside of Deir Ezzor.

The Syrian Observatory learned that one of the cells of the “Islamic State” organization blew himself up during a security operation of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham in Maarrat al-Nu’man city, and another member was killed in the same operation.
