With Intensive Russian support, the regime forces desperately attack to regain a village and its strategic hill northwest of Hama

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a civilian and the injury of others including a woman and a child, in bombing by the Russian warplanes on al-Lataminah town in the northern countryside of Hama, while at least one woman was killed and other women were injured in the fall of missile shells launched by the factions on Karnaz town under the control of the regime forces at the northwestern countryside of Hama, and in the same context, the clashes continue at a violent pace in Hamamiyyat area northwest of Hama, between the rebel and Islamic factions and the jihadi groups against the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them with Russian support, in the framework of regime forces’ counteroffensive to regain control of the Hamamiyyat village and its strategic hill, which were controlled by the factions on Wednesday evening, and the Syrian Observatory documented more casualties in the ranks of both parties of the clashes as  a result of the aerial and ground targeting and clashes on this area, where it rose to 13, the number of members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them who have been killed since the start of the counterattacks after midnight, also it rose to 11 including 7 of the Jihadis, the number of fighters who were killed in the same period in the aerial bombardment and clashes.

While warplanes of the Russian “guarantor” continue to escalate their strikes on “Putin – Erdogan” area since Thursday morning, where it rose to 35, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes which targeted Khan Shaykhun in southern countryside of Idlib, al-Lataminah and al-Arba’in in the northern countryside of Hama, and al-Ziyara, Sermaniyyeh, and Hamamiyyat area northwest of Hama, and Kabani and the hills of al-Zwiqat, Syriatel, and Tal al-Kheder in the northern countryside of Latakia, and the Syrian Observatory learned that several raids by Russian warplanes directly targeted the Civil Defense Center in Khan Shaykhun city causing great damage, while it rose to 480, at least, the number of ground strikes carried out by the regime forces on the  clash areas in al-Hamamiyyat northwest of Hama and other areas in northern countryside of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2370, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 10th of July 2019, and they are: 608 civilians including 155 children and 123 citizen women, and they are 70 including 20 children and 19 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 56 including 13 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 357 including 96 children, 66 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 80 people including 16 women and 10 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 44 citizens including 19 children and 9 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyyeh, Kernaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 919 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 585 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 843 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 10th of July 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2873 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 893 civilians including 241 children under the age of eighteen and 187 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 72 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 15 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1005 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 630 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 999 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3128 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 976 civilians including 269 children and 202 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 75 people including 25 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1072 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 644 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1080 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
