Regime bombings kill 20 civilians in northwest Syria
The Syrian government and Russian bombardment killed 20 civilians including seven children in the northwestern part of the country, in the latest deadly raids on the embattled opposition bastion.
Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that the regime warplanes and helicopters late Friday carried out air strikes in Idlib province and killed 13 civilians including the seven children.
Another seven civilians were killed today by government forces in rocket fire on the outskirts of the town of Khan Sheikhun, the Britain-based monitor said.
In Syria, more than 3 lakh 70 thousand people have been killed and millions displaced since the civil war in 2011.
