More than 500 ground and air strikes by warplanes of the Syrian regime and the Russian “guarantor” during the 74th day of the most violent escalation

It rose to 60, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes since Friday morning on Idlib city, Ariha, Maarrat al-Nu’man, Khan Shaykhun, Jisr al-Shughur and its outskirts, Mardikh, Kafr Batikh, al-Glas, and Hersh Kafruma in Idlib countryside, and al-Zakat, Kafr Zita, al-Jisat, al-Arba’in, al-Lataminah, and Morek in the northern countryside of Hama, also it rose to 420, the number of rocket and artillery shells launched by the regime forces on places in Khan Shaykhun in the southern countryside of Idlib, al-Jabin, Tal Meleh, al-Sakhr, and al-Jisat in the countryside of Hama, and Kabani area, Ruwaysa al-Alia, and the Syriatel Hill in Jabal al-Akrad, also it rose to 22, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Khan Shaykhun south of Idlib, Kafr Zita, al-Arba’in, al-Jabin, and Tal Meleh in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, and the helicopters dropped 12 barrel bombs on al-Arba’in, al-Zakat, and Kafr Zita in the northern countryside of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2433, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 12th of July 2019, and they are: 629 civilians including 159 children and 128 citizen women, and they are 70 including 20 children and 19 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 57 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 376 including 100 children, 69 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 81 people including 16 women and 10 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 45 citizens including 19 children and 9 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Kernaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 945 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 606 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 869 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 12th of July 2019, the Syrian Observatory documented the death of 2969 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 916 civilians including 245 children under the age of eighteen and 192 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 73 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1031 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1025 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3201 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 997 civilians including 273 children and 206 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 75 people including 25 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1098 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1106 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
