The factions’ missiles leave casualties and injuries in the ranks of the regime forces in Hama countryside in conjunction with continued air and ground strikes on the “de-escalation” zone

A member of the regime forces was killed after being targeted by rocket shells launched by the factions on Jurin village which is under the control of the regime forces in the western countryside of Hama, while the aerial and ground bombardment on “Putin – Erdogan” area is continuing, where Russian warplanes carried out more raids on Kafr Zita, Al-Zakah and Tal Melh, in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, also the helicopters dropped more barrel bombs on Murak town north of Hama, while the regime’s warplanes carried out new raids on Latmin town in the same countryside, while the factions targeted by missiles, places in Al-Bahsah village which is under the control of the regime forces in Hama countryside.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2513, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 16th of July 2019, and they are: 663 civilians including 171 children and 131 citizen women, and they are 78 including 24 children and 21 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 57 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 390 including 103 children, 70 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 85 people including 15 women and 11 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 52 citizens including 19 children and 10 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 958 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 606 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 892 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 16th  of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3042 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 950 civilians including 253 children under the age of eighteen and 195 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 80 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1044 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1048 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3271 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1031 civilians including 281 children and 209 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 82 people including 25 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1111 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1129 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
