More human losses raise to 13, the number of civilian casualties who were killed today within “Putin – Erdogan” areas after more than 580 air and ground strikes carried out by the warplanes of the Syrian regime and the Russian “guarantor” on the area
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented more human losses during the 78th day of the fiercest escalation campaign due to the aerial and ground bombardment within the “de-escalation” zone, where it rose to 13, the number of civilians who were killed today, they are: 10 citizens including 3 children under the age of eighteen who were killed in a massacre by the regime’s warplanes which targeted Marshourin village in the countryside of Maarrat al-Nu’man city in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, a man who was killed due to bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on the outskirts of Al-Lataminah north of Hama, another man died affected by the injury he had as a result of airstrikes by the regime’s warplanes on Khan Shaykhun city south of Idlib yesterday, Monday, and a child was killed due to rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces that targeted Al-Ghassaniyah village and the death toll is expected to rise because there are more than 26 injured cases in critical situation, while it rose to 60, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since morning on places in Khan Shaykhun, Jisr Al-Shughur, Maar Shamarin, Sahyan, Hantutin and the vicinity of Jarjnaz in the countryside of Idlib province, Al-Lataminah, Kafr Zita, Latmin, Murak and Al-Zakah north of Hama, in addition to Al-Hawash in Sahl Al-Ghab, while the SOHR monitored the rotation of 3 helicopters to dropp barrel bombs, where they dropped more than 13 barrel bombs in Murak and Al-Lataminah north of Hama, also it rose to 47, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Khan Shaykhun city and its vicinity, Sahyan, Rub’ Al-Jour and Kafr Sajna in the southern countryside of Idlib, Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Al-Arba’in, Al-Lataminah and Kafr Zita and its outskirts, in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, also it rose to 440 the number of rocket and artillery shells fired by the regime forces through which they targeted areas in Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Al-Jisat, the vicinity of Kafr Zita, Zayzun, Al-Duqmaq and the vicinity of Qastun in the northern and north-western countryside of Hama, Al-Zayyadiyeh, Kafr Oweid and Al-Hbit in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to Kabana hills, Tardin and Al-Khudur in the Syrian coastline.
And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2514, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 16th of July 2019, and they are: 664 civilians including 172 children and 131 citizen women, and they are 78 including 24 children and 21 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 57 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 390 including 103 children, 70 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 86 people including 15 women and 11 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 52 citizens including 19 children and 10 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 958 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 606 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 892 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.
And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 16th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3043 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 951 civilians including 254 children under the age of eighteen and 195 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 80 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1044 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1048 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3272 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1032 civilians including 282 children and 209 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 82 people including 25 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1111 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1129 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
