Large military reinforcements of the regime forces arrive in the fronts of Hama countryside…in conjunction with heavy rocket shelling carried out by the factions and jihadi groups on positions of the regime forces west of Hama

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored the arrival of military reinforcements of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in Jurin Camp which is located in the western countryside of Hama, which is taken by the regime forces and their loyal militiamen as a base of launching their military operations in Hama countryside, and these reinforcements consist of tanks, artillery pieces and tens of vehicles carrying soldiers, in the same context, the Islamic factions and jihadi groups shelled positions of the regime forces in Jurin Camp and the villages of Al-Humayrat and Tal Al-Hawwash, also the Turkestani Islamic Party shelled by heavy artillery, a massing of tracked vehicles monitored in Sahl Al-Ghab within Hama countryside, and in the same context, the factions detonated what remained of Bayt al-Ras Bridge which is located in Sahl Al-Ghab and which links between the banks of al-Assi River and separates between the controlled areas of the regime forces and the factions-held areas, it is noteworthy that the bridge was subjected to several detonations carried out previously by the factions, and the SOHR documented today the killing of a member of the regime forces and the injury of others in rocket shelling carried out by the factions today afternoon, targeting Jurin village which is under the control of the regime forces in the western countryside of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2514, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 16th of July 2019, and they are: 664 civilians including 172 children and 131 citizen women, and they are 78 including 24 children and 21 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 57 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 390 including 103 children, 70 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 86 people including 15 women and 11 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 52 citizens including 19 children and 10 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 958 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 606 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 892 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 16th  of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3043 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 951 civilians including 254 children under the age of eighteen and 195 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 80 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1044 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1048 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3272 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1032 civilians including 282 children and 209 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 82 people including 25 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1111 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1129 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
