Relative calm returns to prevail the “Putin – Erdogan” area after a series of air and ground strikes that targeted areas in Hama countryside

Cautious and relative calm has been prevailing “Putin – Erdogan” area since today’s noon and until now, where the area has been witnessing halt of aerial bombardment along with sporadic ground strikes carried out by the regime forces on areas north-west of Hama from time to time, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights published that it monitored that the regime’s warplanes carried out several airstrikes today morning, through which they targeted places in Al-Ziyarah, Al-Sermaniyyeh, Al-Qarqur, Dwayr Al-Akrad, Al-Amqiyeh and Tal Waset in the north-western countryside of Hama, Kafr Sajna, Hazarin and Madaya in the southern countryside of Idlib, in addition to Al-Bawabiyyeh in the southern countryside of Aleppo, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that the residents of villages and towns which came under a new campaign of bombardment in the north-west of Hama, started to displace like what happened in earlier areas as a part of systematic policy by the regime and its ally, Russia, to displace the locals and residents of the area, after they resulted in the displacement of about 500000 Syrian citizens since the start of the fiercest escalation, in the same context, the factions fired rocket shells on Qal’aat Mirazah near Jurin which is under the control of the regime forces.

And the SOURH published today morning, that the Russian warplanes carried out several raids today dawn, through which they targeted places in the villages of Tremla and Kafr Ein in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, other than that, relative calm has been prevailing “Putin – Erdogan” area in terms of the aerial bombardment since yesterday evening, while the regime forces shelled Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Al-Sakhr, Al-Hammamiyyat, the vicinity of Al-Sermaniyyeh, Hawija, Al-Hawash, Al-Sahriyeh and Deir Sonbol in both northern and north-western countryside of Hama, while the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of a citizen affected by the injury he had as a result of airstrikes by the regime’s warplanes that targeted Al-Salehiyeh village in the southern countryside of Idlib yesterday, Tuesday.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2520, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 17th of July 2019, and they are: 666 civilians including 172 children and 132 citizen women, and they are 78 including 24 children and 21 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 57 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 391 including 103 children, 70 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 87 people including 16 women and 11 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 52 citizens including 19 children and 10 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 958 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 606 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 896 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 17th  of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3049 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 953 civilians including 254 children under the age of eighteen and 196 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 80 people including 25 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1044 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1052 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3278 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1034 civilians including 282 children and 210 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 82 people including 25 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1111 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1133 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
