Russian warplanes kill a civilian and injure 7 others in bombing targeted Jisr al-Shughur city amid displacement from the city towards the unknown

Russian warplanes carried out 8 airstrikes after midnight of yesterday, targeting several areas in Jisr al-Shughur city and its outskirts in the western countryside of Idlib, which killed a person and injured at least 7 others including children and women, then the warplanes of the Russians and the regime gone absent from the airspace of the area, and the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights learned that a displacement took place in Jisr al-Shughur city during the late hours of the night, where many civilians displaced from the city and stayed out in the open in lands around Jesr al-Shughur city to escape the crime machines represented by warplanes of the Syrian regime and its Russian ally.

While the factions targeted on Thursday morning by more than 40 missile areas in Joureen village and its outskirts, which is controlled by the regime forces in the western countryside of Hama, also the regime forces shelled places in Sirmaniyah and Qastoun in Sahl al-Ghab northwest of Hama, where the escalation once more within the triangle of Hama – Idlib – Latakia countryside opens the door to a new expected attrition battle, after the arrival of reinforcements for the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them as well as the jihadi factions and the Turkestani Islamic Party, where the Syrian Observatory monitored intensive escalation operations on this triangle recently by land and air, the last of which was last night, where the area witnessed an intense fire cover that lasted hours in areas of al-Sermaniyyeh, the Projects, and the cow farms in Sahl al-Ghab, until Dwayr al-Akrad area and the surrounding villages on the administrative border with the western countryside of Idlib, as well as Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2522, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 18th of July 2019, and they are: 668 civilians including 172 children and 132 citizen women, and they are 79 including 24 children and 21 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 57 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 391 including 103 children, 70 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 87 people including 16 women and 11 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 53 citizens including 19 children and 10 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 958 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 606 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 896 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 18th  of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3051 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 955 civilians including 254 children under the age of eighteen and 196 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 81 people including 26 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1044 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1052 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3280 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1036 civilians including 282 children and 210 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 83 people including 26 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1111 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1133 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
