For the 3rd day in a row, the factions increase their shelling on Joureen and its surroundings after the regime forces brought reinforcement to the area

The factions continue their intensive shelling on positions of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the western and northwestern countryside of Hama, where hundreds of shells and missiles targeted Joureen village and its surroundings and outskirts repeatedly since yesterday, and the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of at least 4 members of the regime forces and their loyal gunmen in the missile shelling that targeted Joureen village today, Thursday, and in the same context, the regime forces renewed the rocket shelling on al-Sermaniyyeh, Qastun, and Zayzoun in Sahl al-Ghab and Tal Meleh and al-Jabin in the northwestern countryside of Hama, while warplanes of the Russian guarantor and the Syrian regime continue to be absence from the atmosphere of the de-escalation area since after midnight until the moment.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 18th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3055 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 955 civilians including 254 children under the age of eighteen and 196 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 81 people including 26 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1044 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1056 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3284 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1036 civilians including 282 children and 210 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 83 people including 26 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1111 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1137 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
