Warplanes of the regime and its Russian ally have been absent from the area for 12 hours amid renewed ground strikes in the contact areas in Hama countryside

Warplanes of the Russian guarantor and regime’s warplanes have been absent from “Putin – Erdogan” area for 12 hours, where the cautious and relative calm continues in the area, interrupted by exchange of shelling between the regime forces and the factions on the contact areas in Hama countryside, and the Syrian Observatory just published that the factions continue their intensive shelling on positions of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them in the western and northwestern countryside of Hama, where hundreds of shells and missiles targeted Joureen village and its surroundings and outskirts repeatedly since yesterday, and the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of at least 4 members of the regime forces and their loyal gunmen in the missile shelling that targeted Joureen village today, Thursday, and in the same context, the regime forces renewed the rocket shelling on al-Sermaniyyeh, Qastun, and Zayzoun in Sahl al-Ghab and Tal Meleh and al-Jabin in the northwestern countryside of Hama, while warplanes of the Russian guarantor and the Syrian regime continue to be absence from the atmosphere of the de-escalation area since after midnight until the moment.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2526, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 18th of July 2019, and they are: 668 civilians including 172 children and 132 citizen women, and they are 79 including 24 children and 21 women, and 2 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 57 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 391 including 103 children, 70 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 87 people including 16 women and 11 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 53 citizens including 19 children and 10 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 958 of the jihadi groups were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s shelling including 606 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 900 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 18th of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3055 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 955 civilians including 254 children under the age of eighteen and 196 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 81 people including 26 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1044 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1056 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3284 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1036 civilians including 282 children and 210 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 83 people including 26 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1111 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1137 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
