At the end of the 82nd day of the fiercest escalation campaign…9 persons were killed in different circumstances within the “de-escalation” zone after a bout 170 airstrikes carried out by the regime and Russian warplanes on the area

At the end of the 82nd day of the fiercest escalation campaign, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented the death of 9 persons who were killed today within the “de-escalation” zone, they are: 6 members at least of the regime forces who were killed as a result of targeting by the factions to their vehicle using a guided missile in A-Bahsa area in the western countryside of Hama, in addition to a member of the regime forces who was killed by sniper fire in Al-Huwayz area in Sahl Al-Ghab in the northern countryside of Hama, and in the same context, a citizen was killed as a result of bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Jub Al-Kas in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while a citizen woman died affected by the injury she had as a result of earlier bombardment by the regime’s warplanes on Jisr Al-Shughur city, and in connection with this, it rose to 80,  the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes on Hish, Al-Rakaya, Arinbeh, Khan Shaykhun, Tar’ei, Maar Zita, al-Taman’aa, the vicinity of Ariha, al-Arba’in area, Kansafra, Iblin, Balyoun, Bsames, Frika Karsaa, Faqi’, Tremla, Al-Naqir, Hassanah and Maarrat Al-Sin in Idlib countryside, and Tal Meleh, al-Jabin, al-Arba’in, Kafr Zita and Al-Lataminah in the northern and northwestern countryside of Hama, and Jub Kas and al-Bawabiyyah in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while the Russian guarantor’s warplanes bombed by about 35 raids, places in Khan Shaykhun, Maarrat Hurama, Bdama, the vicinity of Al-Hambushiyyeh, Al-Khudur area and Kabana area in both Idlib and Latakia countryside, and Kafr Zita, Al-Qarqur, Al-Sermaniyyeh and Dwayr Al-Akrad north and north-west of Hama, also it rose to at least 60, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Sheikh Mustafa and Maarrat Hurma, Khan Shaykhun, Tremla and the vicinity of Al-Rakaya south of Idlib, Stuh al-Deir village in Jabal Shashabo, Kabani area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and Murak and Al-Sermaniyyeh north and north-west of Hama.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2549, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 20th of July 2019, and they are: 673 civilians including 173 children and 133 citizen women, and they are 81 including 24 children and 22 women, and 3 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 58 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 393 including 103 children, 70 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 88 people including 16 women and 11 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 53 citizens including 19 children and 10 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 963 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 606 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 913 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 20th  of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3078 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 959 civilians including 255 children under the age of eighteen and 197 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 81 people including 26 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1049 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 651 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1070 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3307 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1041 civilians including 283 children and 211 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 83 people including 26 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1116 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 665 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1150 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
