During the 84th day of the most violent escalation, about 215 martyrs and injured people in airstrikes by the Russian, the regime, and the factions on the countryside of Hama and Idlib within “Putin – Erdogan” area

It rose to 65, the number of raids carried out by regime’s warplanes since this morning on Maarrat al-Nu’man, Saraqib, Kafrsajna, Maar Zita, Armanaya, Bsida, Kafruma, Ma’arrat al-Sin, Kansafra, al-Ftirah, outskirts of Kafr Nubl, Mar’aand in Idlib countryside, and Kabani area in Jabal al-Akrad and al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab and Latmin north of Hama, while it rose to 41, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Maarrat al-Nu’man, Khan Shaykhun, al-Tamanah, al-Tamanah, Tar’ei, Hish, Kafr Nubl and the vicinity of Hzarin south of Idlib, Murk and Al-Lataminah in northern countryside Of Hama, it also rose to 22 number barrel bombs that dropped by helicopters on Morek town north of Hama, al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab, Maarrat al-Nu’man city and Kafruma town south of Idlib.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented heavy casualties on Monday within “Putin – Erdogan” area, where 53 people were killed in the air and ground shelling by the regime and the Russian ally, and in bombing by the factions within the area “de-escalation” are, they are 37 including 2 children, 3 women, a member of the civil defense, and 2 unidentified gunmen, the number of people who were killed in the biggest massacre within “Putin – Erdogan” area since the beginning of the violent escalation at the end of last April, and 6 citizens including a woman and a child at least, were killed in a massacre carried out by regime’s warplanes which targeted Saraqib town in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and 6 citizens including 4 of one family, including a man and 2 of his children, were killed in massacre carried out by the factions which targeted by missiles al-Na’ourat Shatha village which is controlled by the regime forces in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and a man, his wife, and their child were killed in a shell explosion of the remnants of previous ground shelling by the regime forces targeted their home in Al-Kastan village in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, and a civilian was killed in rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on Bidama al-Soghra village west of Idlib, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are about 160 wounded people and some of them are in critical situation, in addition to missing and trapped people under the rubble.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2636, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 22nd of July 2019, and they are: 744 civilians including 186 children and 140 citizen women, and they are 119 including 26 children and 25 women, and 5 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 58 including 14 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 416 including 114 children, 73 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 92 people including 17 women and 14 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 59 citizens including 22 children and 11 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 974 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 614 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 918 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 22nd of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3165 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1030 civilians including 268 children under the age of eighteen and 204 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 88 people including 28 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1060 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 659 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1075 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3394 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1112 civilians including 296 children and 218 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 89 people including 28 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1127 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 673 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1155 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
