More casualties raise to about 59, the number of people killed in strikes of the Syrian regime, the “guarantor,” and shelling of factions within the “de-escalation” area today

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented a rise in number of people killed on Monday in “Putin – Erdogan” area, where 59 people were killed by air and ground bombardments and shelling by the regime, its Russian ally, and shelling by the factions within the “de-escalation” area, they are: 38 including 3 children, 3 women, a member of the civil defense, and 2 unidentified gunmen, the number of people who were killed in the biggest massacre within “Putin – Erdogan” area since the beginning of the violent escalation at the end of last April, and 6 citizens including a woman and a child at least, were killed in a massacre carried out by regime’s warplanes which targeted Saraqib town in the eastern countryside of Idlib, and 6 citizens including 4 of one family, including a man and 2 of his children, were killed in massacre carried out by the factions which targeted by missiles al-Na’ourat Shatha village which is controlled by the regime forces in the northwestern countryside of Hama, and a man, his wife, and their child were killed in a shell explosion of the remnants of previous ground shelling by the regime forces targeted their home in Al-Kastan village in the western countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, and a civilian was killed in rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on Bidama al-Soghra village west of Idlib, and the death toll is expected to rise because there are about 180 wounded people and some of them are in critical situation, in addition to missing and trapped people under the rubble.

While it rose to 44, the number of raids carried out by the Russian warplanes on Maarrat Al-Nu’man, Khan Shaykhun, Al-Rakaya, Al-Taman’aa, Tar’ei, Hish, Kafr Nubl and Hazarin south of Idlib, and Murak and Al-Lataminah in the northern countryside of Hama, also the helicopters dropped barrel bombs on Murak town north of Hama, while it rose to 73, the number of raids carried out by the regime’s warplanes since morning on Maarrat Al-Nu’man, Kafr Sajna, Maar Zita, Armanya, Basid, Kafruma, Maarrat Al-Sin, Kansafra, Al-Fatira and the outskirts of Kafr Nubl in the southern countryside of Idlib, Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, Al-Sermaniyyeh and Dwayr Al-Akrad in Sahl Al-Ghab, and Latmin north of Hama, also it rose to 25, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Morek north of Hama, al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl al-Ghab, and Maarrat al-Nu’man city and Kafruma town south of Idlib.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2641, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 22nd of July 2019, and they are: 749 civilians including 189 children and 141 citizen women, and they are 119 including 26 children and 25 women, and 5 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 59 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 416 including 114 children, 73 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 92 people including 17 women and 14 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 59 citizens including 22 children and 11 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 974 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 614 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 918 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 22nd of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3170 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1035 civilians including 271 children under the age of eighteen and 204 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 88 people including 28 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1060 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 659 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1075 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3399 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1117 civilians including 299 children and 219 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 89 people including 28 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1127 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 673 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1155 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
