The areas of east Euphrates witness more targeting operations and mounting security chaos through the explosion of an IED near a military checkpoint of the SDF east of Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: the state of disorder which is accompanied by security chaos, is continuing within the SDF-held areas east of the Euphrates through more detonations, targeting and assassinations during this day, Tuesday, where the sound of a violent explosion was heard today at noon in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, it turned out to be caused by an explosion near one of the military checkpoints of the Syria Democratic Forces in Al-Souq area in Theban town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, without causing casualties, and in the same context, an IED planted in a military vehicle of the SDF, exploded in Al-Busayrah town east of Deir Ezzor, which injured one of the SDF members seriously.

And the Syrian Observatory published today evening, that a member of the “Deir Ezzor Civil Council” who serves as the head of the public relation department was shot by unknown people on the road of Abu Khashab village northwest of Deir Ezzor, which injured his escort, in the same context a bomb exploded Tuesday in the market of al-Hwaij village in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, which injured several civilians, also the Syria Democratic Forces dismantled another explosive device planted near their checkpoint in al-Hwaij village, and the Syrian Observatory published today that the Syria Democratic Forces’ controlled areas in Deir Ezzor province witnessed the first killing of its kind which was the Qisas execution against a person for the murder of a young man of al-Sh’aytat, and in the details obtained by the Syrian Observatory: al-Sh’aytat area in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor witnessed a “Qisas execution” against a man after he confessed killing a person of al-Sh’aytat, where family of the murdered carried out the Qisas execution against the perpetrator by shooting at him at al-Maqahi junction in Sh’aytat area on morning of Tuesday, amid popular discontent with the incident and the complete absence of SDF supervision who control the area, where the families fold Syria Democratic Forces responsible for the incident, and the Syrian Observatory published on the 21st of July 2019 that a civilian was shot dead by gunmen on a motorcycle near the carpet factory in al-Shuhayl town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and with the fall of more casualties, it rose to 330 fighters, civilians, oil workers, and officials in service parties, the number of people killed in areas within the 4 provinces of Aleppo, Deir Ezzor, Al-Raqqah and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in the northeast of Aleppo Province, which is controlled by the Syria Democratic Forces, where the Syrian Observatory monitored these cells assassinating 91 civilians including 5 children and 4 women in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, al-Hasakah countryside, al-Raqqah city and countryside, and Manbij area, in addition to the assassination of 234 fighters of the Syria Democratic Forces including local leaders in the same areas, and 4 members of International Coalition were killed, also the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights Human monitored the injury of tens of people due to these assassinations.
