Relative calm prevails “Putin – Erdogan” area as the most violent escalation enters its 86th day along with the continued absence of regime’s and Russian “guarantor’s” warplanes

Regime’s warplanes and helicopters and the Russian guarantor’s warplanes have been absent from “Putin – Erdogan” area for more than 12 hours in a routine daily-repeated scene, to return and resume their strikes during the morning, in the same context, the contact areas in the northwestern countryside of Hama are witnessing exchange of shelling and targeting between the regime forces and the factions, but no information until the moment about casualties, while the regime forces shelled after midnight of yesterday places in Baarbu, al-Amiqah, al-Hawash, Hawijah, al-Sermaniyyeh, Tal Meleh, al-Jabin, and Morek in Hama countryside, and al-Rashedin and al-Mansoura in the western outskirts of Aleppo suburbs, and the Syrian Observatory published in the past few hours that it rose to 11, the number of people who were killed today within the “de-escalation” zone, they are: a women and 3 of her children who were killed in rocket shelling carried out by the regime after on Anjarah town in the western sector of Aleppo countryside, a man was killed due to barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Jbala village and its outskirts in the southern sector of Idlib countryside, a man was killed in rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on Fafertin village near Qabtan Al-Jabal in the western countryside of Aleppo, a man was killed in bombardment by the regime’s warplane on Maarrat Al-Nu’man south of Idlib, a child died affected by the injury he had due to bombardment by the regime’s warplanes days ago on Jisr Al-Shughur city west of Idlib, and 3 fighter who were killed by rocket shelling carried out by the regime forces on Al-Tuffahiyeh area in the northern countryside of Latakia, and Tal Melh in the north-western countryside of Hama.

And in the same context, the SOHR monitored today evening decrease in frequency of the ground and aerial bombardment by the warplanes of the Syrian regime and the Russian guarantor on the “de-escalation” zone, where the regime’s warplanes carried out 48 airstrikes on Maarrat Al-Nu’man, Khan Shaykhun, Tal Toqan, Al-Hamediyeh Al-Kendah, Hish, Al-Qeyasat and its vicinity, Basenqul, Basames and Deir Sonbol in the countryside of Idlib province, and ICARDA, al-Osmaniyyah, and Jazraya in the southern countryside of Aleppo, while the Russian warplanes have carried out 29 raids since morning on areas in Khan Shaykhun, Al-Taman’aa, Maar Zita and the outskirts of Maarrat Al-Nu’man in the southern countryside of Idlib, Tal Melhm Al-Jabin and Kafr Zita in the north-west of Hama, Murak in the northern countryside of Hama, and Kabana area in Jabal Al-Akrad, also it rose to 18, the number of barrel bombs dropped by helicopters on Murak in the northern countryside of Hama, Al-Sermaniyyeh in Sahl Al-Ghab north-west of Hama, and Sahyan and Khan Shaykhun in the southern countryside of Idlib, while it rose to 200, the number of rocket shells launched by the regime forces on Tal Melh, Al-Jabin, Murak, Jabal Shashabo, Latmin, Al-Lataminah and Al-Sermaniyyeh in Hama countryside, Al-Kendah, Bdama, the Abandoned Battalion area, Al-Hbit and Arinbeh in Idlib countryside, the areas of Kabana and its hills, Al-Khudur, Al-Tuffahiyah and roads in Jabal Al-Turkman north of Latakia.

And with the fall of more casualties, it rose to at least 2663, the number of people who were killed since the 30th of April 2019, the date of start of the most violent escalation in terms of aerial and ground bombardment, shelling, and targeting since Putin – Erdogan agreement, until the 23rd of July 2019, and they are: 768 civilians including 193 children and 143 citizen women, and they are 121 including 27 children and 25 women, and 5 of the civil defense were killed in Russian aerial bombardment on the countryside of Idlib and Hama, and 61 including 15 women and 10 children were killed in the fall of barrel bombs, and 422 including 117 children, 73 women, and 4 members of the rescue teams were killed in targeting by regime’s warplanes, also 98 people including 19 women and 17 children were killed in a ground shelling carried out by the regime forces, and 66 citizens including 22 children and 11 women were killed in shelling by the factions on al-Suqaylabiyah, Qamhana, Al-Rasif, Al-Aziziyah, Karnaz, Al-Nairab Camp, neighborhoods in Aleppo city and its southern countryside, while at least 977 fighters were killed in the Russian airstrikes and the regime’s aerial and ground shelling including 614 of the Jihadis, in addition to the killing of 918 members of the regime forces in targeting and shelling by jihadi groups and factions.

And during the period between the 15th of February 2019; the date of the meeting of “Rouhani – Erdogan – Putin” until the 23rd of July 2019, the and Syrian Observatory documented the death of 3192 people in the Russian – Turkish truce areas, they are 1054 civilians including 275 children under the age of eighteen and 207 women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the Russian aerial bombardment and the rocket shelling by the regime forces and the factions, and among the death toll of civilians there are 95 people including 28 children under the age of eighteen and 16 citizen women over the age of eighteen, they were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1063 fighters were killed in different conditions within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 659 fighters of the “Jihadis” and 1075 of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.

While the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights documented since the start of the Russian – Turkish truce the death of 3421 people in areas of Erdogan – Putin agreement, they are: 1136 civilians including 303 children and 221 women, were killed in shelling by the regime forces and the militiamen loyal to them, targeting, and bombardment by warplanes, and among them there are 96 people including 28 children and 15 women, were killed in the fall of shells launched by the factions, and 1130 fighters were killed in deferent circumstances within the demilitarized area since Putin – Erdogan agreement, including 673 of the “Jihadi” fighters, and 1155 members of the regime forces and militiamen loyal to them.
